The property is situated in an art nouveau building on a beautiful tree lined street in a truly iconic part of the 13th district, steps away from a variety of cafés, restaurants and shops. This fully equipped home is ideal for a short or an extended stay.

This place is in the heart of an exclusive, safe, family friendly neighbourhood. Try dining at one of the many local restaurants nearby, or head to a charming café for drinks. The bank of the river Danube offers a stunning view just a few steps away. St. Steven's Park and Margaret Island are within walking distance. Main sightseeing destinations and the city centre are easily accessible by public transportation. For an amazing journey, take the tram line #2 that goes all along the river bank.

You will have full access to the apartment and full privacy during your stay. The apartment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with queen bed and black-out curtains and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The kitchen has a fridge+freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave-oven, a cooktop, a tea kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The apartment is also equipped with the following hotel style amenities:
- shower gel;
- shampoo and conditioner;
- 1 big and 1 medium towels / person;
- 1 tea towel;
- bathmat;
- dry cleaned fresh bed linen;
- further vanity items (e.g., make-up removal, cotton pads, ear-plugs, etc.);
- high speed internet;
- various international TV channels;
- Netflix on TV if using your own account to log in,
- small work station in the living room.

Please note that I work with a company that provides the freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen and towels; and I have only the above amounts available at the apartment. I am happy to change linens and provide housekeeping on request at reservations longer than 7 days, once in every 7 days of your stay.
