Schöne 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung - wurde im Jahr 2019 komplett renoviert. Es befindet sich in der 7. Etage von Island Winds East, nicht weit vom Aufzug entfernt.

· Große Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich und in beiden Schlafzimmern

· Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Arbeitsplatte aus Granit, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und allen neuen Schränken

· Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Das eigene Bad verfügt über eine Granitplatte und eine neue ebenerdige Dusche.

· Zweites Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Granitarbeitsplatte und eine neue Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

· Tisch für vier Personen im Essbereich und zwei Sitzplätze an der Küchenbar

· Schlafsofa Queen im Wohnbereich

Peaceful place to stay

Loved the pool and easy axcess to the beach. We loved grilling out on the grills. Room had everything you needed. Wouldve been nice to have more towels for 7 days. And beds weren't very comfortable for us sheets were rough texture and mattress not friendly on our backs but we are also in our 40s. For the location though it was a great stay overall. Thank you for the stay!!

Beautiful condo with great ocean views

Our unit, 708 was elegantly decorated and very comfortable. You feel you've arrived home. I loved the seclusion the 2nd Queen bedroom gave me, and my friend loved the ocean view from the King bed master. The staff was so very nice and the beach is very clean and family friendly. This was the perfect spot for our girl's getaway week at the beach!

Great location, clean, beautiful balcony view for a great price

We visit GS every other year. This unit was 1/3 what I usually spend, so I was skeptical. It was a bit smaller, but it is great for a family of four (6 would be crowded). It isn’t super fancy, but it is very nice and clean. If you only go snooty 5 Star, then skip it. But if you like clean and good location, this is it! The pool is basic, but we were there for the ocean. This complex is the first set of condos next to the Hangout, so we could walk most places. I had zero issues finding parking. This unit has a seventh floor beach view! It was exactly what we wanted and is pictured. Double check fees, but even with them, it’s a great deal.

Online pictures looked beautiful couldn’t wait to get there! Once inside the room all I seen were cobwebs and dirty baseboards, moldy shower, backed up sink drain in master bath, our sheets had stains, the headboard had dust on it, the ceiling fans full of dust, the couch smelled of urine! Stained up leather chair. Swimming pool was in poor condition, cracked tile. No bathrooms by pool encourages people to pee in the pool! Brett/Robinson needs to drop the cleaning fee for the level of cleanliness in this unit! Way Overpriced!

Wonderful condo

We vacation in Gulf Shores every year. This was our first time in this building. The location is amazing, this condo is just darling. The renovation is perfect. The building itself is not. One elevator in operation, needs a facelift. The worst part, and the only reason this cute little condo didn’t get 5 stars is the rental company. The staff was rude, parking is ridiculous. One spot per unit! No matter how many people you have. All the while the lot was 3/4 empty with storage trailers and porta potties parked in spots. We were told by office staff to park 2 blocks away in public parking. When I pointed out (on the second day) that spots were open and we would pay extra, the staff person from Brett/Robison told me I was lying and she left at 11:00 pm and the lot was full. (Not true). I almost took daily picks but to be honest, it wasn’t worth it. We just won’t rent from B/R again. There are way too many other options. TO THE CONDO OWNERS: Your condo is just wonderful. The Reno is amazing. I even took a pic of the model of your new sofa as it was very comfortable.

Dated but (my unit) Clean, we'll kept, Great View.. __- Needs door's safety Chain replaced & queen bedroom closet doors are off track. Told front desk at check in but safety chain was never replaced. . . ""Overall GREAT CONDO"". ## I Would Stay here Again anytime

We were on the 7th floor. The condo had 2 elevators. They never worked. People actually got stuck in the elevator. When a elevator did work it was super slow.. The dryer venteted into the condo... Making it super humid and sticky in it. There were also other issues... I would not stay in this condo again .

Beautiful condo and beach

Unit 708 is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. Clean and much attention to detail. Flatscreen tvs free wifi. Close proximity to everything. Clean and family friendly beach.

Nice view

The condo was nice even though the building is older and could use some upgrades but the condo was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful . Pool is nothing extraordinary, could also use some updating.
