The accommodation is 200 meters from the train station and yet very quiet. In the same building is the Coop and various shopping and an Indian restaurant. The apartment is located on Bahnhofplatz, which is the beginning of the famous Bahnhofstrasse with all its shops and restaurants.
The Gornergratbahn, which takes you directly to the mountain, is located directly in the annex as well as the local bus.

ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is 65 sqm and is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator).
Next to the door you find the key safe, in which your key is located. The code will be sent to you via message via the Airbnb platform a few days before your arrival. The 65 sqm accommodation offers a spacious balcony with a full view of the world-famous Matterhorn and the beautiful mountains of Zermatt.

This luxurious place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

The buses are free of charge. The nearest bus stop from the apartment is 20 meters away.

All shops, as well as cable cars and the train station are very close.
Many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores are within 1 minute walking distance.

RENT SKIS, BIKES...
In the same building, you can rent ski, bicycle and hiking equipment: Bayard Sport

All shops open 365 days a year until 6:00 pm.

SUPERMARKET Coop)
The Coop supermarket is in the same building as the apartment and is open daily (365 days a year) from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

KEHRICHTENSENSUNG
The garbage disposal is right behind the house. There you can recycle PET bottles, aluminum and glass bottles. You can also dispose of the green waste and the garbage there.

A garbage bag is included in the price and is also disposed of by us. If you need more garbage bags, you can purchase them for a fee at Coop.

LUGGAGE and SKI
You may store your luggage in the ski room before and after your arrival.
Ski and ski boots must be parked in the ski room❗️
The ski room is located in the basement.

The key to the ski room is in the apartment.

Other things to take into account
MANDATORY TOURIST TAX in Zermatt is 4 CHF/person/night.
Children between 9 and 16 years pay 2 CHF.
This must be paid directly on site in cash or by card.
The city tax is 4.00 Swiss francs per night for all types of accommodations.
It needs to be paid before check in❗️

BAGAGE
You may store your luggage in the ski room before and after your arrival.

Smoking in living area is strictly prohibited❗️

For each additional guest, the fee is 50 CHF/night/person

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is not offered. In the same building is the Coop with a wide selection of baked goods and many other foods. The Fuchs bakery is 200 meters away.

CAR
Zermatt is car free❗️
You can only enter with a special permit from the cantonal police!
You can drive to the previous village called Täsch. In Täsch, there is a large terminal with many parking options and an adjacent train station. (Terminal cost per parking space 16 CHF/day.
The train leaves every 20 minutes
