Tiny Haus am Wallersee / Tiny House at the lake

Unser Tiny Haus liegt am glasklaren Wallersee mitten im Naturschutzgebiet und ist nur 200m vom Naturbelassenen Strand entfernt.

Es liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Eck auf dem Campingplatz und ist ziemlich weit vorne im Südosten, ganz nah zum Wasser aber ohne Seeblick. Es hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer.

Durch seine traumhafte Lage nahe der bekannten Mozartstadt Salzburg und die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung kann man auch schnell zum Sightseeing dort übergehen.

Die Unterkunft:
Unser Tiny Haus ist so ausgestattet das man auf nichts verzichten muss und möglichst viel Privatsphäre hat.

Unter anderem ist eine Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Kochplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Smart-TV, DAB+ Radio, elektrische Heizkörper, Dusche, eigene Toilette usw. vorhanden.

Es sind auch frische Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden.

Die Terrasse ist Richtung Hecke (Süden) ausgerichtet, bedeutet von außen ist diese nicht ohne weiteres einsehbar.

Bei Schönem Wetter kann man hier einen sehr Naturnahen, erholsamen Urlaub verbringen, fernab von Lärm und Stress. Bei Schlechtem Wetter kann man aber auch per Zug oder Auto das leicht erreichbare Salzburg mit seinen unzähligen Möglichkeiten nutzen.

Zugang für Gäste:
Unser Tiny Haus ist rein zur Nutzung für die Gäste verfügbar.

Ein liebevoll gestalteter Spielplatz, ein Mini-Zoo des Campingplatzbetreibers, kostenpflichtige Waschmaschinen und Sammelstellen für die Mülltrennung sind ebenso vorhanden.

Weitere wichtige Hinweise:
Die Unterkunft wird unabhängig vom See Camping (Campingplatzbetreiber) betrieben.

Es gibt Ruhezeiten welche berücksichtigt werden müssen.

Die Mittagsruhe ist von 13:00 bis 15:00 Uhr.

Nachtruhe ist von 22:00 bis 07:00 Uhr, während dieser Zeit können auch die Schranken zum Platz nicht genutzt werden.

Zum Parken bitte den großen abgesperrten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Campingplatzgelände nutzen. Ihr bekommt von uns einen Chip wodurch dieser kostenlos genutzt werden kann!

Der Check-in sowie Zugang zum Haus ist nur nach vorangegangener Buchung möglich.

Es besteht eine erstklassige Zuganbindung durch die S2 (Bahnlinie), welche auch für die An- und Abreise genutzt werden kann. Die Haltestation liegt nur ca. 500m vom Campingplatz entfernt.

Fahrtdauer mit dem Zug: Mozartstadt Salzburg (ca. 20 Minuten) / Linz (ca. 2 Stunden)

Our tiny house is located at the crystal-clear Wallersee lake, in the middle of a nature reserve, and just 200 meters from the pristine beach.

It's located in a very quiet corner of the campsite, quite far to the southeast, very close to the water but without direct sea-view. It has two separate bedrooms.

Thanks to its fantastic location near the famous Mozart city of Salzburg and its excellent transport links, you can also quickly get to sightseeing their.

The accommodation:
Our tiny house is equipped so that you don't have to miss out on anything and have as much privacy as possible.

Among other amenities, it has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hotplate, a coffee maker, dishwasher, smart-TV, DAB+ radio, electric heaters, a shower, a private toilet, etc.

Fresh bed linens and plenty of towels are also provided.

The terrace faces the hedge (south), meaning it's not easily visible from the outside.

In good weather, you can spend a relaxing holiday close to nature, far from noise and stress. In bad weather, you can also take advantage of Salzburg, which is easily accessible by train or car, with its countless options.

Guest access:
Our tiny house is available exclusively for guest use.

A lovingly designed playground, a mini-zoo run by the campsite operator, laundry facilities (fees apply), and waste recycling collection points are also available.

Other important information
The accommodation is operated independently of See Camping (the campsite operator).

There are quiet times that must be observed.

The midday quiet time is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

The night quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, during which time the barriers to the campsite cannot be used.

For parking, please use the large secured parking lot directly in front of the campsite. You will receive a chip from us that allows you to use it for free!

Check-in and access to the house is only possible after prior booking.

There is an excellent train connection via the S2 (train line), which can also be used for arrival and departure. The stop is only about 500 meters from the campsite.

Travel time by train: Salzburg, the city of Mozart (approx. 20 minutes) / Linz (approx. 2 hours)
