Rustic Monti - Rasa - Centovalli

A typical rustic Ticino 1000 meters s/m away with a beautiful view of the Centovalli mountains. Enjoy pure nature, hiking, relaxation, wellness, once with electricity and limited hot water.
You will find 2 cottages with beds for 10 people, bathroom, sauna, former cheese boiler (hotpot) for bathroom and heating, a rustic kitchen with gas and wood stove, refrigerator and fireplace.

The space
The uncultivated nature in the middle of the Centovalli, at the Corte di Sotto farm will be able to give magical moments for those who appreciate the simplicity of this type of accommodation.
In the surrounding area you will find wonderful routes and Rasa is only 1 km away.
Arrival via Rasa, baggage can be arranged by Sassalto.

Guest access
A giant, wood-burning, wood-burning sauna and bathtub.
A large table and two pergolas, grill area.
Everything is very simple but idyllic.

Other things to note
The buildings can only be heated with wood, hot water and 24V power comes from solar and is not always regular. The place is romantic and very simple, and without comfort, ideal for those who want to relive unique experiences.

Guests are asked to use the Rasa 900msm public cable car and walk up to the 1 '000msm property (20 minutes walk)
The material can be transported with our private zip line and loaded into the sassal area (access by car)

Guests are requested to leave the accommodation clean (clean surfaces, pass with the broom and mop, collect the waste and deposit them in bags in a differentiated way) otherwise they will be billed 250.00 chf for the final cleaning.

The tourist tax of 2.00 chf per person per day is invoiced separately.
