Strandblick Retreat. Kommen Sie für die Ansicht, bleiben für den Strand. Überprüfen Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Golf out, Kaffee in der Hand, von dem Balkon dieser 3. Stock aktualisiert Eigentumswohnung. Diese Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Bequeme Betten werden auf König und die Königin Betten mit einem Schlafsofa für die Kinder gewährleistet. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Tür zum zweiten Schlafzimmer verbindet, im Wesentlichen die Bereitstellung von zwei Master-Suiten. In der Einheit gewährleistet, Wäscherei Komfort nach einem langen Tag am Strand. Neben dem Blick auf den Golf bietet der Balkon einen Blick auf den Pool (der jetzt ganzjährig beheizt ist) und einen Whirlpoolbereich, um die Kinder im Auge zu behalten, aber neue doppelt verglaste Fenster halten den Lärm draußen.

KOMPLEX / GEMEINSCHAFT
Dieser Komplex umfasst einen reservierten Parkplatz, einen Pool, einen Whirlpool, eine Sauna, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Bürozentrum und Holzkohlegrills. Schnellfahr Zugang zu Corpus Christi-Sites und der Padre Island National Seashore erweitert Ihren Urlaub. Die Lage ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und eine kurze Fahrt zum Schlitterbahn Water Park - ein toller Urlaub Kombination! Wifi ist im komplexen Business-Center, Pool und Pavillon Bereich verfügbar und jetzt gibt es auch ein privates Wifi-Netzwerk in der Einheit für die Gäste.

Bettwäsche für jedes Bett und Handtücher für jeden Gast sind vorhanden. Ein Mindestaufenthalt von zwei Nächten ist erforderlich. Vertragsgäste von Padre Escapes müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein. Der Gast muss über einen staatlichen Führerschein oder einen anderen gültigen Ausweis verfügen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Nice stay

My family and I wanted an easily accessible place for our family by the beach and this one worked well. It was hard to find help with a small issue and check in process was fine, but overall good trip. The place was clean, had mostly everything you need and a nice view of the beach.

Also I feel that you need provide better quality toilet paper and paper towels the 1 ply stuff is horrible! But we will stay here again loved the balcony and sat there for hours watching the waves.

Dirty dishes

The property was great. Overall everything was excellent. Just when we first got there the forks, dishes, pots and pans had food caked on them. The toilets had hair and urine around them, the tub was clogged with hair. Counters and tables were nasty. Looked like everything was wiped down with dirty rags. For as much as we paid to stay a week, I would expect 1st class cleanliness.

Close to everything!

When having to submit a maintenance request, the response-time was fast and the issue corrected quickly. The TV’s with cable/internet were a challenge to figure out. Some furniture could be updated. Bring your own beach chairs if you want to go to the beach. For this price, we would stay here again. I already miss the paradise of North Padre Island!!

Unit was clean and everything was just as pictured. We were very comfotable. We used the pool and hot tub (very nice) but spent most of our time at beach. Beach is walking distance, but we drove since you can park right on the beach. It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware unit is on 3rd floor and only option is stairs. Only small complaint was very dirty/moldy air vent in bedroom.

Reviewer Comments: It was nice... we have been staying in these condos for years now I wish maintenance was a bit better on these units I know that the conditions are harsh down there but there is a downtime every year for you all and the money we spend on these units really should be put back into the units. I can sure tell a difference between owner owned units and ones that are owned by a property company the owner ones always was updated seemed like every year we came back but this last unit we have been in for a couple of years now hasn't seen an update since I don't know when and it sure shows. We love Padre and have been coming for over 20 years and have stayed at this location for the last 10 maybe and it is perfect but over the last few years seems to be much louder and crowded than it use to be.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We do try to be transparent with our fees , besides the rental rate, we do charge a cleaning fee and reservation fee + TAXES. Fantastic Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented a condo at the Beach Club while visiting our grandchildren in Corpus Christi. I don't have enough good things to say about our experience. The check in process was seamless, the condo was exactly as it was represented. It was clean, spacious, and had lots of amenities. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the pool area was lovely. The only thing I wished was that the pool was heated. It was freezing cold, and it would have been nice to be able to swim, but other than that we loved it!

Glad you guys enjoyed your stay so much. I agree a heated pool would be great! Fortunately it's only needed 3-4 months out of the year. Hope we see you back again soon.
