White villa in The Hague with big garden

Our villa has been designed to be in touch with nature with a hint of modern architecture. The villa is family-friendly and the moment you enter our one-way street; it is as if you are on the countryside. However, you are only 10 minuites away from The Hague, beach and other hot spots in the South of The Netherlands.

The villa is surrounded by a 1000 m2 garden with, multiple areas to sit, a fireplace area, in the summer months a heated swimming pool (4.5 by 2.5 and 1.30 deep) and enough playing area's for the kids.

Inside we have a souterrain, that has a cinema area, extra bedroom with an ensuite, including a toilet and shower. We have a laundry room and a place to work.
The livingroom and kitchen are on the ground floor, with a dining table that can sit 10 people. If it cools off the wood burning fire place is the perfect place for a cup of tea or a glass of red wine.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms with each a beautiful view (and air conditioning for the hot summer months). The bathroom has a double shower, a design bath and a double sink.

In the Hauge, you can visit the two beaches (tip: Kijkduin has free parking and tends to have quieter spots and nice restaurants). Go shopping at the mall of the Netherlands, watch a movie at the Cinema that is walking distance, or for the young kids, go on a rollercoaster at the amusement park Drievliet). If you are after a move quieter stay, the walk in the neighborhood or find a sunny spot in the garden.

The villa is suited for two families or bigger families.
