A washing machine is available. Box spring beds guarantee a restful sleep. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, groups and families.

1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
▶ A cleaning and damage fee of up to €200 will be charged for violations.

2. Quiet Hours
From 10:00 PM onwards, we ask for consideration towards the neighborhood – avoid loud music and conversations.

3. Visitor Policy
Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the accommodation.

4. Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

5. Toilet Use
Please dispose of toilet paper only in the toilet – no hygiene products, wet wipes, or trash.

6. Safety
Always close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation.
▶ Guests are liable for damages or loss caused by gross negligence.

7. Key Handling
The key must not be passed on and must be properly returned after your stay.
▶ Lost or unreturned keys may incur a charge of up to €50.

8. Furniture & Equipment
Please treat the furniture and equipment carefully and report any damages immediately.
▶ Deliberate or negligent damage must be replaced.
