Wonderful condo in a super country club.

We loved the Condo unit,easy access to all of Ft Myers. Super well maintained and decorated,great surroundings, and great gated community.

Needs a lot of work......

Unfortunately , this property has been neglected and the owner is going to have to spend a fair amount of money to warrant the monthly rent being charged. The condo is dirty and desperately needs a paint job. The stove and fridge need to be replaced. Cooking utensils are not usable as the teflon is coming off and other utensils were rusty. There is a fair amount of mould in the unit which needs to be addressed. There is only one television and it is so small that it should be in a bedroom and not in the living room. The table in the lanai is rusty and should be thrown out along with the 2 chairs that go with it. This is not a luxurious property. Two stars were given because of the location.

Delightful condo containing everything you could want with a high standard of furnishings and equipment. The main bedroom is large, ensuite and views over the woodland. There is a large balcony with views over the woodland from the lounge. The second bedroom has its own bathroom. The swimming pool and BBQ are close by, and a woodland board walk. Would definitely visit again given the chance.

Comy and quiet !

My husband and I stayed at the condo in November 2013... And I must say I've never slept so well- the king bed is like sleeping in clouds!. We were very impressed by the tasteful furnishing and standard of equipment - everything you need for a long stay. We loved walking and jogging round the preserve and the boardwalk is so pretty and peaceful. .. And an added bonus being so close to the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back !
