Annual Family Vacation at Avila

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful stay at your condo. The cousins from ages 3 thru 16 stayed in the loft and had so much fun being together. It was nice being able to put all of our toys in a wagon and just walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall we had a good visit--although the oven didn't work and the refrigerator froze and ruined our fruits. Proximity to the beach was convenient and enjoyed by all.

Thank you for taking the time to review our beautiful Beach Happy condo. We are happy to report the oven has been repaired. (With supply chain shortages and delays it took a few days longer to receive the controller board). But we did provide a countertop convection oven. It's unfortunate the fruit froze in the freezer. I find when the fruit bin is used this does not happen.

The blinds upstairs were not working and let in sunlight and hot air on the hot day. I saw a review saying they were broken a couple years ago and figured they would have fixed them by now. Only one outlet was working on my side of the master bed. Ants in bathrooms which I know no one can help, we didn’t call to spray since we had littles and did not want fumes. Blinds on front door didn’t go up. Simple fixes that could be fixed. Check in was easy and company responded fast when we needed paper towels. Staircase is not kid friendly but we saw in pics prior to booking. Love the location. Need new updated blinds or curtains on sliding door. Vertical blinds on sliders are not great and let in light. Liked the parking garage and patios.

To help clarify for future guests, the upstairs blinds are fully operational—they feature a pull mechanism where a slight movement to the right lowers them, and a slight pull to the left allows them to auto-raise. We also really appreciate your constructive input regarding the vertical blinds on the sliding doors and the other small details you mentioned. Great condo and location is amazing

A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

My kids loved that we could head down for time in the sand over and over again. The condo itself is also adorably decorated and very comfortable. I love the loft, which is huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected and well-stocked with necessities. I loved hanging out on the balcony in the back as well as the nice sitting area outside the front door. Overall, a gorgeous property and we will be back!

Celebrated Birthday

The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels. Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed. I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.
