Villa Caretta is centrally located in a prime area, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Kalkan. Our charming 3-bedroom villa features a beautiful, modern design and comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home. The spacious garden offers multiple levels with terraces, a private pool with sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

The Space:
The villa’s location is ideal and central. Our property boasts a delightful, walled terrace area with a private pool, sun deck, outdoor dining area with a grill, and a dedicated play and yoga terrace. Villa Caretta embodies the charm of a boutique villa, perfect for those seeking relaxation. The enchanting old town of Kalkan is just a 10-minute walk away, and the beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

Upon entering our villa, you'll find yourself in a stylish, modern open-plan living space, combining a living room, dining area, and kitchen. This area offers plenty of space with cozy seating for relaxation. A lovely fireplace serves as an attractive focal point and can be used for heating during the winter months. For entertainment, there is a satellite-connected Smart TV, and Netflix is available. The bright, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a self-catering holiday.

On the ground floor, there’s a utility area with a washing machine, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space:
The large outdoor area includes a swimming pool with multiple terraced levels, a Alfresco dining area, and a barbecue.

First Floor:
The first floor features two beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed, a large wardrobe, and bedside tables, while Bedroom 2 offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dresser, and bedside tables.

Second Floor:
On the villa’s second floor, you’ll find Bedroom 3, another spacious double room. Despite the roof height, the ceilings are not low, and skylights bring plenty of light into the room. Across from the bedroom is a toilet with a sink. This bedroom opens to a large rooftop terrace with a table and chairs, as well as sun loungers. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the town, mountains, and the sea.

Rooftop Terrace:
The terrace includes an outdoor dining table with four chairs, two sun loungers, and panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.

Location:
The villa is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, within a short walk to fantastic local amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and cafes. The charming old town of Kalkan is a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is just 15 minutes on foot.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private garden and pool.

As a welcome gesture, a specially prepared welcome package will be waiting for you upon arrival. Clean linens, towels, and pool towels are provided on arrival.
Please bring your own beach towels.
