Wilson Pond in North Monmouth ist einer der Kennebec County am besten gehüteten Geheimnisse! Das Seeufer Ferienhaus ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Schwimmen und ausgezeichnete Angelmöglichkeiten.

Unser Ferienhaus für 6 Personen, in 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett, 1 Doppelbett und ein Paar Zwillinge) und eineinhalb Bäder. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Veranda mit Grill ein gescreent.

Wir haben eine Bootsanlegestelle und die öffentliche Bootsanlegestelle ist weniger als eine Meile entfernt. Perfekt für frühen Morgen Kanufahren und Angeln, Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang Abendessen und hören den Klang der Seetaucher. Reiher, Adler und Seetaucher werden häufig gesichtet.

Wir bieten Kissen und Decken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Flachbild-TV mit Kabel, WLAN, Highspeed-Internet zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es gibt eine Holzöfen für die kalten Nächte. Brennholz zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Ruhe der Stelle macht für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Check in was very easy and the camp was clean. We loved the screened in porch. It was kind of steep getting to the water for us older folks and no ladder to get on the dock. Swimming area was great. We tried the grill on the porch as instructed but we ended up with smoke everywhere, suggest an area for grilling outside. Overall we had a wonderful time connecting with family and friends

Nice Maine cabin

Had a very nice stay at the cabin. Family came to visit and enjoy the lake. Their was an issue with the water, the owners were quick to resolve it for us. Highly recommend this rental for relaxing rustic vacation.

Nice cabin

Cabin is your typical cabin. Access to lake is a little rough but the fishing makes it worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway!

Karp Camp is a great hidden gem on Wilson Pond. Comfortable, rustic and well- appointed for a relaxing getaway. The lake is clean and there is plenty of space in the house with the porch. The hosts are easy to contact and very responsive.

Quiet peaceful stay on the lake

Molly was very communicative when we had questions. Bed was comfortable and loons lulled us to sleep. The small issue we did have they made right right away. Had a very nice stay here.

Rustic Getaway

We loved the screened porch and swimming for hours in the “pond.” Pond doesn’t do justice to this large lake with crystal clear water. Our hosts just next door were friendly and helpful!

Beautiful pond!

Four of us stayed for three days enjoyed swimming multiple times in the beautiful pond and spent most of the time on the screened in porch reading and playing games. The loons can be heard every evening!

Peaceful Vacation

Cabin was clean & cozy. Second bathroom was a plus. Mattresses were very comfortable compared to some rentals we have experienced. Nice that we were able to bring our dogs. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful lake for swimming & fishing. A very enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful Sunsets Rustic Camp

We enjoyed our time on the screened in porch which is where we were most of the time. The beds where very firm which i would rather have then soft. My old bones would have enjoyed a 2 inch memory foam, but I was happy. Enjoyed our stay.

Visiting family members enjoyed their stay

The cottage is an old-style Maine camp with a few updates. We were apparently the 1st guests of the season, and surfaces had not been thoroughly wiped of the build up of dust, insects, etc.. There were also some stains in the carpets. Otherwise, our family members, who were visiting from another state, were happy with the accommodations and enjoyed Wilson Pond.

Dear Sue and Roger, As we discussed while you were here, the Cottage was cleaned thoroughly after the previous occupants, and tidied again just before your arrival. We were unaware that a technician had tracked some leaves onto the carpet subsequent to that, and there was no way to know that a previously-unseen spider had rebuilt its nest in the bathroom after we cleaned. It is the nature of a Maine camp that pollen and spiders will return soon after even the most thorough cleaning. We did immediately apologize and immediately came to rectify the situation when you informed us of it. There was absolutely no need for the berating to continue while the third cleaning was underway.

We had a fantastic time and felt relaxed and cozy in the cottage. I am used to a soft mattress at home so the firm mattress in the master bedroom took some time to get used to.

Rustic but loved it

The lake is beautiful. The sunsets are amazing. The kids loved swimming and kayaking in the lake. If you don't like nature then this is not the place for you. We love nature and respect it's critters. Alot of spiders but they are fascinating and they were all outside. The space accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. We had a good time.

The Cottage sleeps six, as advertised, and as is thoroughly depicted in the photographs. Fortunately you did not lose water to the Cottage when you moved the water intake supply hose. The grill was never advertised as gas, and it would make no sense to place a smoke detector on the screen porch, which is where the grill is located. The path to the dock is exactly as depicted in the photos, so no surprise there. Reading the property description thoroughly would have helped you avoid disappointment.
