Unser Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet mit schönen hochwertigen Möbeln, TV, Stereoanlage, Außenbeleuchtung, Terrasse Befeuchtungssystem, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Komplett ausgestattet Küche, Frontlader Waschmaschine / Trockner und Garten Barbeque eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über neue Bodenbelag im ganzen als auch Sonnenschirme für alle Fenster. Die Grill-Grill auf Erdgas verbunden, so dass Sie sich niemals über die leere Gasflaschen sorgen. Das Befeuchtungssystem auf der überdachten Terrasse können Sie draußen sitzen und genießen Sie den Pool selbst in den wärmsten Arizona Wetter.

Die schöne Salzwasser-Pool ist 15 'x 28' und hat einen Wasserfall. Der Pool ist beheizt und beleuchtet, so dass Sie die ganze Nacht lang zu schwimmen. Denn es ist ein Salzwasser-Pool, werden Sie die Haut nicht ausgetrocknet fühlen und juckende, wenn Ihr fertig mit dem Schwimmen.

Dieser Garten Oasis ist sehr privat, komplett gefliest und schön dekoriert und Landschaftsgärten. Ein kleines Stück Kunstrasen für diejenigen, die grünen sehen möchten. Die überdachte Terrasse hat auch eine Nebelanlage, um Sie bequem auch in der wärmsten Temperaturen zu halten.

Wenn Sie in der Lage, in die Mesa-Gateway Airport (Allegiant Airlines) fliegen, sind Sie eine sehr kurze, schnell, 15 Autominuten von unserem Ferienhaus zu haben. Während Quests in den Flughafen Phoenix Sky Harbor fliegen wird eine einfache 45-minütige Fahrt über hiway 10 und die 202 Autobahn haben.

Circle Cross Ranch

We stayed at the Circle Cross Ranch for the month of February 2024. The location was good for access to the scenic sites to the south and east of the Valley as well as access to the freeways that connected to the sites in the north and west of the Valley. The house was comfortable with new recliner sofas in the TV room. The backyard pool area was very nice complete with barbecue. Very relaxing in the Arizona sunshine.

Clean and Comfortable!

Staying at this property was relaxing and comfortable; the owners have done a great job with their pictures and descriptions. They were prompt with all correspondence and very easy to work with. Our family stayed one week and enjoyed the pool area so much; great for morning coffee, afternoon swims and evenings sitting by the patio heater watching the water feature. Nice grill & large table outside for meals. Clean interior with new bedding and towels. We were happy to have a garage and laundry also. Area attractions vary from nearby hiking at San Tan Regional Park, Queen Creek Olive Mill & San Tan Flat Bar/Grill (a favorite of our family) to activities a bit farther away such as Goldfield and the Superstition Mts., Canyon Lake, Tortilla Flats & Tonto National Forest. Great place to stay for anyone wanting a quiet neighborhood setting.

Family Thnaksgiving

I rented Scott & Deann's San Tan Valley home for family to stay in for Thanksgiving. What an AMAZING home! Every inch of the home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Having rented several homes throughout the years, I have to say this was the best one! Everything you could need or want was there. As for the back yard - it was spectacular!! The pool was perfectly heated and enjoyed by family visiting from Minnesota and Wisconsin immensely! There were many seating areas that everyone could be together and have their own space. Scott and Deann were great from the quick response to renting, checking in midway to make sure everything was going fine to final check out. I would recommend this beautiful home for anyone wanted the enjoy the best Arizona has to offer. Thanks again Scott & Deann for sharing your amazing home!

Excellent Getaway

Stayed for one week April '21. Beautiful property with a big HEATED pool, which we loved. Plenty of outdoor seating, nice rollout awning, umbrellas, numerous floats, pool toys, etc. Excellent communication with owner. We wish we could have stayed longer and would stay again.

Beautiful Pool!

Very nice home, comfortable furniture, and we enjoyed the pool almost daily. When the air conditioning unit quit working, Scott had a serviceman there the next day, which was much appreciated! Location was OK.....

Home away from home

Loved everything about this home. The back yard living pace was our favourite. The pool, pool furnishings and BBQ suited our lifestyle perfectly. The decor in the inside was very classy, comfortable and inviting. Would definitely recommend this property for the San Tan Valley area.

Great home with a wonderful pool area and nice interior layout.

The home is fantastic with everything needed for a great Arizona vacation. The pool area is very nice with lots of room to spread out and have fun and allows for socializing while grilling out and swimming. The interior of the home is nicely designed with separate living areas and fully equipped throughout. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and the Queen Creek Olive Mill located nearby. The owners are very nice to deal with and are very responsive to any needs or questions. The home itself is a little remote from the main areas in Phoenix and Scottsdale, but still allows for easy access to most areas within a 45 minute or so drive. There are also a lot of basic supplies and spices in the home so that you don't have to bring or purchase those for limited use while cooking. This is a very nice home that I would definitely return to for future vacations. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Great Stay

This was a very nice house and we enjoyed our stay here! The only thing i would improve are the choice of tv channels, cable or dish would be a great update. The pool was very nice and we got a lot of use out of it and the house was in a great location. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this house!

San Tan Valley great getaway home

We enjoyed our stay at this home in San Tan Valley very much. It was close to our kids home in Queen Creek. The grandkids and adults all loved the pool. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this home to family and friends for sure.

San Tan Valley Retreat

Our month-long stay (2/1/16--2/29/16) was so enjoyable. The southern exposure of the backyard & pool area was superior to match the warm weather. The depth & size of the pool (steps down to 3ft water then extending to depth of over 6ft) was great fun for all ages! Our children & grandchildren came for a visit & leaving the cold, blustery snows of NE to a warm, heated pool & 75*+ days was a treat! There were pool noodles, balls, pool loungers, & swim rings for the kids to use also! We loved the space this home provided even with our family all there. The quiet San Tan Valley neighborhood of Circle Cross was wonderful. We had easy-access to main roads leading to many area attractions such as Queen Creek Olive Mill, San Tan Flats Bar & Grill, & of course, Fry's Grocery store, Walmart, & Starbucks! Plus, if you've never tried the Freddy's Steakburger for a meal & custard (ice cream) treats, you really need to make a stop there, too! Scott & Deann have represented their lovely home very honestly with the online pictures and description. We commend Scott for the quick response to the dishwasher breakdown. He had a qualified repair service there in a short time to fix it. A couple things we were not aware of was the osmosis water filteration system did not work so we bought bottled water during our stay. Also, we are used to a variety of cable TV channels & there was only basic TV through an antenna. We still would recommend this charming home to anyone & most definitely would rent it again if available.

San Tan Oasis - Joe and Lynn B

My wife and I arrived at his house on the 01st Feb 15 and stayed until the 28th Mar. This home is beautifully furnished and in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We travelled the state from the Grand Canyon to Tombstone using this house as a home base. The weather was great and the pool and backyard are a wonderful place to spend the day relaxing. This is a one story house which was great when our 19 month old grandson came for a visit. We love to hike and there are a number of trails to visit all within 30 minutes. A short walk to The Native New Yorker for a cocktail and 10 minute drive to San Tan Flat for great food and fun. Wal-Mart is only 1.5 miles away and also easy access to Frys which is a short drive on Hunt Hwy. Scott is only an e-mail or phone call away if required to answer any questions. This was truly a vacation to remember and this listing is on the top of our list to return.

Exceptional home and furnishings in the San Tan Valley. January was perfect as were the accommodations. Thanks you Scott for always being available to take questions or solve any problems. Your parents did a great job for a fast turn-around. Couldn't ask for more in the Valley of the Sun.

GREAT GETAWAY

Had a great time, staying at Scott and Deanns in San Tan Valley in July. Coming from ND, even tho the temperature was warm this time of year, with no humidity we were never hot. We totally loved the weather. We enjoyed tubing down the salt river, tasting beer and bloody marys at San Tan Brewery and a delicious meal meal with live music at the very unique San Tan Flats. All were a short trip from where we stayed and very fun!! The most relaxing part of our stay was right at the house enjoying the beautiful pool. This was an awesome vacation at a beautiful place. :)

Great Stay

The house was nice, the pool fantastic! The whole family loved it. The only downside is how far out from everything San Tan Valley is located, with poor roads to get there. We had to drive a bit to even get to a good restaurant. Scott was wonderful to work with.

Great get away!

Had a great stay in this San Tan Valley home! Scott, the owner, was great to work with. The home was very clean and neat. My kids really enjoyed the pool! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect or early morning walks. Close to shopping and the San Tan Regional Park which is great for hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking.

Comfortable, clean, all the amenities and a great pool!

Very nice vacation home, just left yesterday and already miss it, very clean and in great shape. Photos give a great and real view of the home and the layout. Master bedroom and closet are very large, and good size 2nd/3rd bedroom and closets too. Nice and functional kitchen with open flow to family/tv room was nice with young kids. Very nice to have a clean garage and laundry too. Heated pool was great, easy to use and kids enjoyed seeing the waterfall feature! Nice/convenient that master bath opens up to the patio. Owners have door alarms to pool area too which was nice with young kids. Nice/very quiet subdivision, easy access to main roads. Only negative was that we didn't know about the regional airport nearby, Phoenix Sky Harbor is about a 1 hr drive but not too bad. Shopping/restaurants are easy 5-10 minute drive from the house, but a lot of the activities in metro Phoenix were a little bit of a haul with two kids who still take naps. But we came to relax and enjoy the sun and pool and we were definitely able to do that here! Scott was great to communicate with before and during the stay too.

Tim, So happy to hear you and your family enjoyed the home and your time in Arizona. As for the airport, it was mentioned on our listing that our home is only 15 minutes from the Mesa-Gateway Airport. Allegiant airlines is the only airline that flys into this smaller airport. It wasn't real prominent in the listing so I made a point to add that information to the description so it is easier to find. Thanks for pointing that out.

comfortable home with great features in back yard

We stayed recently at this location. There was just the 2 of us so lots of room. It is a 3 bedroom with the master bedroom with a nice ensuite. The ensuite has a door that goes directly to the back yard. The house was furnished nicely and had lots of amenities. It would be a great size for a family and 2 kids. The house has a desk where you can do some work. The telephone was good for Canada and the US. The back yard was great. It faces south so there is lots of sun in the backyard. Once again lots of furniture. tables and chairs, a heater and that cool mister they have set up there. The pool was nice. It is bigger than a lot that we had see in previous locations. All and all, the backyard is very nice. Scott was great to work responding to emails or calls quickly. I would recommend this house to family and friends. PS attached garage which is great. and the pictures are a real description of the property.

Perfect pool days!

We had a great stay at this home. Highly recommend it, unless of course it's the same week we want it again! Pool was beautiful, nice & clean. House has plenty of room although we spent most time outdoors. My only regret is that I can't be there all winter. It was easy to get to and real close to airport which is nice.

My wife and I are life long residents of North Dakota. We are both retired after 40 years of owning and managing a business in Lisbon, ND. We are both life long ND residents...and no we don't have any oil wells as we live in the southeastern part of the state.

We have made many vacation trips to the Mesa area and love the climate so we decided it made sense to purchase a vacation home that we can enjoy during our trips to the area. San Tan Valley changed a lot (in a good way) since we purchased the home in 2014. We love to go on walks and bike rides in and around our area. It is such a beautiful home and pool that it is a shame not to let others enjoy it also.

As we were in the process of searching for a vacation home, we look at many, many homes...but as soon as we walked into this home, we fell in love with it. Once we exited the back door into the backyard pool area we were hooked. The fully tiled backyard and pool faces to the south giving it full sun exposure during the winter months. Even when the daytime temps dip into the 'cool' 50's, you will be able to sit in the backyard patio area and soak up the sun. Some of the properties we looked at had pools on the north side of the house meaning they are almost fully shaded during the winter months making them almost to cold to enjoy at times.
