Gehen außerhalb, werden Sie eine Außenwohnbereich mit Außenküche bietet eine Cabana und Grill. Ein Vollbad ist bequem aus dem Poolbereich. Genießen Sie viele Outdoor-Lounge Raum perfekte Aussicht. Der Pool ist optional beheizt. Die Aussicht und die Sonnenuntergänge von diesem Haus sind einige der besten in den Florida Keys. Nautiker lieben diesen Ort, da es nahe Zugang bietet entweder auf den Golf von Mexiko oder den Atlantischen Ozean. Das tiefe Wasser Dock wird bis zu einer 30 'Boot aufzunehmen. Das Dock bietet eine Fischreinigungsstation, Wasser und Strom. Der Eigentümer hält sein Boot im Lift und ist nicht für Mieter bestimmt.
Sie werden nicht von diesem exquisiten Haus enttäuscht sein.

Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses verfügt über einen wunderschönen offenen Grundriss mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und Luxus-Küche. Es gibt auch einen Essbereich mit einem wunderschönen Tisch, die 8 Sitze. Große, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Fenster und Glasschiebetüren bieten eine fantastische Aussicht und ein großes Zweibettzimmer im Erdgeschoss.

Die zweite Ebene des Hauses bietet eine große Master-Suite mit eigenem Bad. Das Master-Bad verfügt über seine und ihre Eitelkeiten, große Wanne, und Stand-up-Dusche. Gehen aus dem Master-Schlafzimmer, werden Sie über einen Balkon, ideal zum Entspannen finden. Dies ist nur der Ort, um mit einem Glas Wein oder einem guten Buch zu entspannen. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer Kingsize-Betten und ein viertes Schlafzimmer komplett mit zwei Einzelbetten. Alle verfügen über angrenzende Badezimmer. Es gibt auch einen Schreibtisch in der weiten Flur. Das Haus bietet außerdem einen kostenlosen Wi-Fi, Telefon-Service und Flachbildschirm HDTV in allen Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!

Couples Retreat 2024 couldn’t have been held at a better place. This home is gorgeous and there is tons of space to spread out! Mallory and Riley are wonderful and were super helpful after we ran into some spa challenges. Thank you for the delicious key lime pie too!!! We would absolutely return to The Vaca House!!!

Exceeded expectations

What can I say about this property that the pictures don't show. It is everything we hoped for and more. This property is a statement property. The check in process was a breeze. Mallory was available via text to answer any questions. There was PLENTY of space for our party of 9. Each bedroom had it's own full bath which was a bonus with such a large crowd. Plus a full pool bath and a powder room by the kitchen. All the cocktail glasses for margaritas, mimosas and wine. A beautiful wet bar in the main family room. Tons of space for keeping drinks cold, even the master bath had a mini fridge. Only suggestion I might add is some extra blankets in the closets (kids were cold after being in the sun all day). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including a GIANT pot for our final dinner where we cooked live lobster for the group. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends. If you are hesitating, don't. You won't be disappointed.

Just Fantastic!!!

We had 3 couples stay and had a fabulous time for two weeks. The house, location, views, and deck area were all just perfect. The management company was also wonderful to work with. This home is very well taken care of and perfect if you want to relax with a spectacular view and I am sure just super if you are a boater/fisherman as well. Very highly recommended!

Marathon

The property is a custom built home, high quality and very beautiful with great location as well. Very well furnished. As one might expect there were a few glitches, ie some lights need to be replaced, ice machine adjusted, written instruction for operation of the pool and jacuzzi, the manager came by and directed us to which we had no further issues. I would encourage the management team if they do not , please have a check off list for each room for example the master bedroom's TV was none functional, which they responded and a new one will be required to be ordered. As well as some other operational items that could be directed at the time of visiting the home. Over all it is a wonderful place to stay and some of the inconviences could have been averted.

It is a beautiful property on the water with great access to the Atlantic ocean side of Marathon. With a few exceptions, everything was well maintained and clean. There were 8 people in our party and the house nicely accommodated all. The furnishing and appointments are top-notch and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, although some might find the front upstairs BR bed too soft. We were not thrilled with the rigid policy of a 9AM checkout on your day of departure. This did not allow us to enjoy our last morning of vacation. Also, the security lights around the house remained on all night and were very bright in the bedroom windows while sleeping. Other than that, a very good property. I would consider staying there again.

A Beautiful Stay
