Dies ist eine TOP-FLOOR-Einheit, so dass niemand in den frühen Morgenstunden mit ihren Skischuhen herumläuft. Unsere wunderschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ski-Ferienwohnung bietet alles ...

Mit den neu installierten Honeywell-Fernthermostaten erreichen Sie niemals ein eiskaltes Gerät. Wachen Sie mit einem schönen, uneingeschränkten Blick auf den Mount Snow auf, trinken Sie Kaffee oder Espresso und machen Sie sich bereit, den Tag zu genießen. Gehen Sie zu den Pisten, oder nehmen Sie den Shuttle, der alle 20 Minuten fährt und von der unmittelbaren Basisbereich. So oder so, werden Sie auf den Pisten in Minuten. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer. Ein 32-Zoll-LCD-TV befindet sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss und ist mit einem Premium-Kabel ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett zusammen mit zwei Etagenbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen brandneuen 40 "Sony LCD-TV mit einem Blue-Ray DVD-Player. Für die spontanen Apres-Ski-Parties gibt es auch einen Bluetooth-kompatiblen Bose SoundLink-Mini! Es gibt auch Wi-Fi in der Einheit.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen neuen Geräten, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer LaVazza-Espressomaschine mit bereitgestellten Espresso-Pads. Es gibt einen großartigen kleinen Markt gleich die Straße hinunter, und Sie können das Abendessen selbst kochen, wenn Sie möchten, da die Küche voll ausgestattet ist. Amazing Ski Retreat!

Great large family get away!

The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Beautiful home with many amenities. Short walk to the ski/ski out location. Easy for even the youngest of skiers!

Fabulous place, close to mountain, lots of space to spread out

Lenny’s condo was the perfect spot to land during our ski getaway at Mount Snow! Easy to store our gear in the ski locker when we arrived, we could then be cozy and comfortable once inside, with plenty of space to relax, lounge, dine, spread out and gaze at the mountain views out the large windows. We’ll certainly return!

Felt like home

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable for my wife, daughter, dog and I. It truly felt like home away from home. Great location and an amazing view of the mountain. Lenny was super responsive and wonderful to work with. Thanks Lenny for making this an extra special Thanksgiving!

Unbeatable property and host!

Cannot say enough about this property and host. I've stayed in many slope-side properties but this has to be at the top of the list. We felt like we were staying at a friends place, not your typical "rental". Proximity to the slopes was easy, place was immaculate, and Lenny (host) was the most accommodating of any I have come across. Zero chance I'd stay anywhere else if I return to Mt. Snow!

Great view from a comfortable place!

We stayed at this condo for 5 days with our 1 year old son. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed in terms of pots/pans/silverware and everything was clean and in good working order. Lenny was very responsive and hospitable--offering his bar collection and a bottle of wine with our stay. The view from the condo was wonderful and the surroundings were very quiet. It required a little baby proofing for us but all in all, I'd definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo in Mt Snow

This is a very cozy condo in Mt Snow. The Mountain View is beautiful and it was quite a breathtaking view when we’d have our cup of coffee in the morning or after a long day on the slopes. There are Moover shuttle vans that are up an incline or set up stairs , about 200 feet , to get to and from the mountain base. Lenny’s condo has a lot of charm and character. It’s updated, clean and cozy. We thought it was the perfect size and layout for our family of 5 and would stay there again.

Really nice unit with great attentive owner

This was a great unit and I would definitely stay there again. This is my third rental at the base of Mt. Snow, and without doubt the best yet. Lenny, the owner, was very responsive and easy to deal with. He clearly really cares about this condo, it is well appointed with nice furniture, fixtures and character. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bottle of wine [ even though we really don't drink wine, it was nice to see ] and the espresso machine with coffee! and well stocked bar, even a starter log for the fireplace. Super view, very short shuttle to mountain. Overall I would recommend highly

Outstanding, new, ski-in/out with great amenities

Our family had a fantastic time at this property. The location is great for skiing at Mt. Snow - just walk across the parking lot to the community firepit area to put on your skis and fly down the hill by some houses to easily get to the base area; return home Snowdance (our favorite trail) and ski right back to the firepit. The home itself is new and nicely constructed. We enjoyed the pool table and massive hot tub (the kids loved the changing colored lights). The kitchen is very nice and well-appointed with everything you need. The two gas fireplaces were a nice way to heat up the house quickly. The only downside was that the Internet was a bit slow and the Direct TV (which appeared to be linked to the Internet) didn't work well with On Demand programs, but live TV was fine. But, hopefully if you are staying here, you can get out and enjoy the area! There is also a small market nearby with great breakfast sandwiches and a deli, as well as groceries, beer/wine, etc. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Great ski house

Ski in/ski out was very convenient. The hot tub was great after skiing all day. Plenty of space for 7 of us, everybody enjoyed the stay whether skiing or not. Owner was easy to talk to and very communicative. Great house.

Beautiful ski in/ski out home with everything you need!

This is a beautiful property with everyone one could want for a winter ski getaway - hot tub, pool table, ping pong table - 2 dens with 2 fireplaces, 4 1/2 bathrooms, sleeping accommodations for 10 people and a beautifully stocked kitchen/pantry with high end items. The owner was a pleasure to deal with - we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

High End Townhouse at Mount Snow

My family and I had a lovely vacation staying at Lenny's Mount Snow townhouse. The property is beautifully decorated, was incredibly clean, and was more than spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was truly outstanding. Crate & Barrel dishes, Villeroy & Boch cutlery, and high end appliances throughout including a Breville espresso machine for after dinner coffee. Every amenity that one could possibly need to prepare and serve lovely meals is provided. The townhouse is incredibly spacious and would be comfortable for families much larger than ours. My children (18+) also loved the downstairs entertainment area, especially the pool table which converted into a ping pong table. We had several family ping pong tournaments while we were there and had a blast making memories that will cherish for years to come. The hot tub was wonderful to have after days of hiking and exploring Vermont. We actually loved it so much that we are purchasing one for our own home! Our only issue was the townhouse was advertised as fully air-conditioned and it is not. There is a ductless mini split air conditioner in the kitchen / great room and one in the master bedroom. The additional three bedrooms are not air conditioned and two of them were incredibly hot & stuffy. Unfortunately, my adult children all had to sleep in the lower level bunk room together as it was the coolest of three. We also had to purchase fans to circulate the air for them in the evening. Overall it was a lovely stay and we had a very good time exploring the surrounding towns, parks, and hiking trails and if you are looking to rent this unit outside of the summer months, it would truly be perfect, especially for those looking to ski Mount Snow.

Wonderful property close to mount snow

This was hands down the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable and the place was stocked with everything. Hot tub was awesome! The owner was very responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t really do it justice. My only suggestions for summer visitors would be another fan for the main floor bedroom (AC doesn’t quite reach when the door is closed) and some more chairs for the deck, to allow more people to enjoy the views. Would love to come back in ski season!

Adult family vacation

Staying at Leonard’s property on Mt. Snow was the best family vacation we’ve ever had. Our 6 adult children and one 2 1/2-year-old. We had a couple days of sunshine, but otherwise, rain. This place was large enough for all of us to enjoy staying in when it was miserable outside. We played lots of wild card games and put together one triple-difficult jigsaw puzzle, (left behind for unsuspecting souls). The kitchen was a gourmet’s dream. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. (If you like flattish pillows, bring your own.) This was a summer holiday and we were the only residents in the entire complex. One day we walked down the hill to the ski lift, taking it up to the summit for gorgeous views and decent taco lunch. Another day, some of the gang went golfing on a beautiful course. I drove into Wilmington for window shopping and lunch. Very cute town with lots of opportunities. On a rainy day we all went candlepin bowling (including the little one), and then mini-golfing. Candlepins were fun and difficult! The A/C is done with 2 “ mini-splits: in master BR and great room. The other rooms got hot and stuffy. 😟 Thank you, Leonard, for letting us use your beautiful townhouse.

Ski on/off Dream!

This place is gorgeous. All new everything. Incredibly comfortable and easy to spend time pre and post skiing. It’s everything you would hope and more when looking for a place near a slope, not to even mention one actually on the slope. Expensive but if you can afford and justify it- it’s worth every penny. We have already tried to rebook it!

Perfect location, comfortable stay

This one bedroom loft was perfect for what we needed as a family of 4 with two younger children. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was an added bonus as we close out summer. The location was great as most of our adventures took us between Wilmington and Stratton. Trip highlights during summer stay: Activities > Harriman Reserve was prestine, beautiful lake > Olga trail to fire tower, then lunch in park > Stratton Gondala, hike down > Cascade Trail - This was a bit further in North Adams, Massachusetts, but beautiful waterfall and creek trail Food/Drink > Sticky Fingers Bakery > Dover Forge (BBQ, live music) > Bare Naked Brewery (Beer, Pizza, beautiful view) * On top of great food all have fantastic outdoor areas for the kids to hang

Cozy condo with wonderful views of the mountains

Fun weekend

Enjoyed our stay. condo had a great view. Was perfect size for a small family! The only negative comment I have is that a bar stool broke when we sat on it. I told the owner and he told me it was a negligent act and that someone must have put their foot on it It. whether or not someone rested their foot on it , it should not have broke. Be careful of what you expect back from your security deposit if you stay here

Thank you Sue, but just to be clear, the spindle broke from someone applying pressure to it (i.e. standing up on it). Chairs just don’t break by themselves. I for one, take responsibility if I were to ever damage someone else’s property, but that’s just me.

It is clean, cozy, and brings you back to a time when turtlenecks ruled après ski parties as hot toddies were being poured... Very nostalgic setting with reclaimed wooden furniture, bar, retro lighting, vintage wine bottles and rustic ski-lodge décor throughout. There's even an antique wooden sled from the late 1800's... Antique skies, vintage hockey skates, and snowshoes adorn the walls, along with other timeless memorabilia...
