Dieses Strandhaus aus dem Jahr 1957 liegt nur 42 Schritte vom Strand entfernt und wurde vor kurzem zu seinem ursprünglichen Charme mit Hartholzböden und Giebeldecken umgebaut. Die Küche wurde mit Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Für den Kochfan ist die Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Töpfen und Pfannen, Backgeschirr, Besteck, Geschirr und Gläsern. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Badetüchern und einem Haartrockner ausgestattet. Die geräumige vordere Terrasse ist mit einem Sofa, einem Tisch für 6 Personen, zwei Marktschirmen, einem Gasgrill und einer Feuerstelle ausgestattet - der perfekte Ort, um Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee zu genießen, ein Buch zu lesen oder einen ungezwungenen Grillabend zu genießen. Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe in der Garage für 2 Autos.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Mission Beach…what a find! I’ve stayed at rentals all over the USA, particularly ones at the beach and I’ve never enjoyed one as much as this one. The patio is simply amazing, the house is super cute, clean and well maintained. The garage was an huge bonus and it was loaded with high quality beach gear, bikes, boards, chairs, umbrellas, smash ball paddles…it had everything one might want or need. I’ll be back for sure!

Perfect getaway!

Literally steps from the beach. Location is safe and quiet. The community is friendly. Beach is not overcrowded. Great location for exploring San Diego and/or hanging out at the beach. Ronnie is very kind and great with communicating. E'toile de Mer is somewhere we look forward to visiting again. It was just what we needed as a family, a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Great Stay in South Mission Beach

We have been coming to South Mission Beach for over 10 years now and have probably stayed at 8 or 9 different places. This was one of our favorites. The front Patio area is by far the best we have had and the owners were wonderful hosts.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay in South Mission beach. The beach house was immaculate, warm, inviting and close to both the ocean and the bay. We would recommend it to anyone traveling to the San Diego area.

Beautiful. Peaceful. Relaxing.

We thought we were sacrificing. Our family has grown over 10 years and a 2nd house was needed, so we took one for the team and got our own cottage! We’ve never been more relaxed or refreshed! Ended every night holding hands in the perfect courtyard. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Location, cottage and courtyard were filled with nice extras. Our stay was the gift we didn’t know we needed!

Amazing location

We recently stayed at Ronnie's place for a family vacation. The location is fantastic - the beach is a minute walk from the property. The house was super clean and the location was really quiet. The house itself had everything we needed to cook at home, which we did a few times. There's beach toys and chairs, which made it really easy to go to the beach. Belmont Park and some restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. Having a parking spot is a massive plus, especially in the summer when parking is tight. The only downside is that the AC is only in the main bedroom not the rest of the house, but there's a ton of fans in the other rooms.

Lovely residence, clean, comfortable and close to beach and boardwalk. Provided all items that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this short term rental.

We welcome you to our 1957 charming beach cottage and hope you enjoy your stay. Recently remodeled to its original charm, updated for your convenience and comfort. Our court has a unique ambiance and is considered one of the most desirable in south Mission Beach.

We had been renting in north Mission Beach for the past 13 summers and enjoyed each summer with our daughters. We found our cottage on VRBO three years ago for a long weekend and saw great potential. I kept in contact with the owner on the chance that it might be put on the market. And it did! Our court is truly one of the most desirable courts in south Mission Beach. We have wonderful full-time neighbors!
