Loft: Large airy loft with views of the lush woods outside that includes 2 daybeds for lounging at daytime or relaxing at night, and a mini-office setup with desk and chair for when work is unavoidable.

Wraparound Forest Deck: Step outside to an expansive deck nestled in the trees, ideal for morning coffee, evening cookouts, or stargazing after a day outdoors.

Lake Beach Access: Enjoy association access to Pequawket Pond’s private beach for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the water.

Check-in: Self check-in with a keypad smart lock. Your personal door code is sent before arrival and is active only for your stay.

Parking: Paved private driveway fits 4 cars, and one car can be parked at the street level. It's plowed and cleared after every storm.

Beach: As our guests, you have access to the Cranmore Shores association beach on Pequawket Pond, a 2-minute drive/12-min walk from the house. Beach pass is on the fridge. Bring your own kayak or paddleboard.

Off limits: One locked owner's closet for supplies and equipment.
