RESORT FEE: $11 per night due at check in. Not per person, $11 per night
Resort Fee Includes: Wi-Fi internet access, access to the fitness center and gym facilities, the business center, the DVD library, free coffee & tea in the clubhouse, and also the in-room safe

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $150.00 is placed as a hold on a credit card at check-in for potential damages or excessive cleaning, and it is released upon a clear check-out.

PET FEE: A non-refundable $125.00 pet fee applies per pet, due at check in.

CHECK IN: 4 PM (sometimes sooner, check with resort)
CHECK OUT: 10 AM (sometimes later, check with resort)

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly, after you book your room.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- No smoking inside the rooms or on the Pool Deck.
- Please note, there is no alcohol on the property.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter with check in instructions and late arrival info once your reservation is paid in full. If you have late arrival, you must contact the resort directly.

Rooms are only booked in the name we receive from VRBO. We cannot add a name while you're en-route to the resort. Any additional name needed for check in, please add right away.
