This unit is on the second row from the beach making it within short walking distance. Sip crisp drinks on the front porch, or dine alfresco on the larger balcony. Both balconies feature an inviting tabletop gas firepit. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The primary suite has high ceilings, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite's bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have a full bathroom between them that is configured with a tub/shower combination. An additional bathroom has a walk-in shower. As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community, enjoy access to a groomed beach, two resort pools (heated during our winter season and open year-round), renowned restaurants, and a beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course.
