Come stay at our Tech Terrace getaway! We have the perfect lodging for all your upcoming events on campus and more. The drive to Texas Tech University as well as both Covenant and UMC main hospitals is five minutes or less. Onsite parking includes space for up to three vehicles in the driveway. This western styled casita offers three spacious bedrooms featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and two extra long twin beds. Visitors will find TV's equipped with Roku in the twin bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen has all the basic cookware and dishes a family could need to make their own meals. Additionally; a toaster, coffee maker with pods and an electric kettle are available for use. The fenced back yard features a covered patio with tables, seating, a gas grill and lots of space for the kids to run around. Enjoy being within walking distance to the United Spirit Arena, beautiful parks, a grocery store, plus locally owned Capital Pizza, J&B Coffee and Brulee Bakery. A full size washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and board are accessible to all guests. A playpen and high chair are also available upon prior request.
