Main level (entry): Open-concept living and dining with a gas fireplace, a half bath, laundry, and a view deck with seating and a BBQ grill. The garage doubles as a game room with a pool table and sofa. EV charging outlet is accessible from driveway.
Upper level (one floor up): The private primary suite with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom.
Lower level (one floor down): Two king bedrooms, each with patio doors opening onto the view deck and hot tub, plus a shared full bathroom.

✔ Pets: Up to 2 pets for a $100 fee per stay. Please add them when booking, or message us if you`ve already reserved. Outdoor space for bathroom breaks is limited, so a short walk works best.
✔ Parking: Driveway plus street parking. The garage is being converted into a game room and now includes a pool table and sofa. Please note there is no air conditioning in this space yet. It is best enjoyed in milder weather or with the garage door open.
