By day, I’m an IT programmer, so I naturally spend a lot of time thinking about technology, systems, and how things work. But there’s another side of me that is just as important, my creative side. I’m also a creative director, and I’ve always been fascinated by design, interiors, architecture, visual storytelling, and the art of transforming an ordinary space into something memorable. I genuinely enjoy putting ideas together, experimenting with different styles, and paying attention to the details that most people might overlook. I’m also a passionate traveler. I love discovering new cities, experiencing different cultures, trying new things, and perhaps most importantly seeing how other people create spaces that make travelers feel at home. I’ve stayed in rental homes across different cities, states, and countries, and those experiences have shaped the way I think about hospitality. Some of my favorite travel memories have come from places where the host clearly cared about the guest experience the thoughtful design, the comfortable bed, the little conveniences, the atmosphere, or that feeling of walking through the door and immediately thinking, “I could stay here for a while.” That experience is actually what inspired me to become a host. I wanted to create the kind of place I would personally want to stay in. For me, hosting is a creative project as much as it is a hospitality experience. I enjoy bringing together comfort, functionality, technology, design, and personality to create a space that feels intentional rather than ordinary.

I’m naturally curious, I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, and I believe some of the best experiences in life come from discovering something new, whether that’s a new destination, a new idea, a beautiful piece of design, or simply a great conversation. We especially love that the area offers opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Nearby Cedar Ridge Preserve and Cedar Hill State Park provide beautiful spaces for hiking, exploring nature, and enjoying the outdoors.

There are also convenient restaurants, cafés, stores, and everyday essentials nearby, making it easy for guests to settle in and have what they need close at hand.
