The amazing open living area is a great spot for everyone to gather as a group. This cozy and inviting space is modern but warm. The stunning interior design shines through the cozy furniture and beautiful décor and accessories. Plus, you’ll also have your own awesome movie room designed for a great movie-watching experience and furnished with comfy seating.

You’ll definitely want some popcorn to enjoy with your movies, so head on into your spacious and open kitchen. Beautifully updated, it features white cabinets, butcher block counters, and stainless-steel appliances. You’ll have a great time cooking up a fresh meal in here as it comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Enjoy your meals in the stunningly decorated dining area right next to the kitchen.

When it’s time to get some rest after a fun-filled day, you’ll have 4 spacious bedrooms (and the cinema room with a sofa that opens to a queen size bed) to recuperate in. They are all nicely furnished with amazing beds and linens. Every effort has been made to create a soothing and tranquil environment for you to rest. You’ll also have 2.5 modern yet relaxing bathrooms. The master bath features dual sinks with a relaxing soaking tub and separate shower.

This amazing home also has an equally amazing backyard to top it off! The large outdoor space is fully fenced-in for your privacy. You’ll have tons of patio space offering multiple areas for entertaining and relaxing. And right in the middle, shimmering under the Texas sun, is the huge stunning pool, perfect for cooling off in.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.


- PET FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.


- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. No local channels.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL -
Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean- rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
