With room to sleep up to 12 guests, this beautifully appointed and newly renovated home features plenty of entertaining space, a heated pool, private pickleball court, outdoor seating area with firepit, and mini putting green. With spectacular views of Camelback Mountain, it’s the perfect getaway for large groups and families!

The space
This beautifully appointed home was recently renovated top to bottom and has 5 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms in the main house with an additional queen size sleeper sofa located in the detached pool house. Altogether the home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

All bedding, linens, and towels are provided with your rental, along with necessities like hand soap, shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. for cooking and serving meals at the house or hiring a private chef to prepare meals for you and your guests.

In addition to the welcoming interior that features two living spaces and a dining area, guests are welcome to enjoy the home’s outdoor amenities including the inground pool, mini putting green, private pickleball court, and firepit area. The home’s garage contains a 12-foot shuffleboard table and a selection of gym equipment, including a Peloton treadmill, Peloton stationary bike, and dumbbells for guest use.

Pets are welcome at the property, but you must indicate the number of pets you will be bringing at the time of booking ($200.00 pet fee per stay applies.)

The home’s pool has the option to be heated during your stay for a $100 per night additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home, driveway, and garage area with the exception of a few locked storage closets.

Other things to note
The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Paradise Valley Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
