Please note that for the security of our personal belongings, two closets inside the home remain locked and are not accessible to guests during your stay.

Getting Around:

Getting around Largo is most convenient by car, as this allows you the flexibility to reach the Gulf Coast beaches in just 10 minutes. We provide ample parking with free spaces available both on the premises and on the street for your convenience. While public transportation options like the PSTA bus service are available throughout the area, a vehicle is highly recommended for exploring local theme parks, shopping centers, and attractions. For those flying in, Tampa International Airport is approximately a 30 to 40 minute drive from the home, while St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is even closer, typically reachable within 20 minutes depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Information The pool is heated for your enjoyment at no additional charge and is typically set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Please note that because the pool uses a heat pump, water temperature can vary based on weather conditions. During cooler weather, the pool may not reach the set temperature as heat pumps warm the water relative to the surrounding air. Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed and weather-related fluctuations are not eligible for refunds. Our professional pool team services the property every Monday and Friday. Pet Policy We are happy to welcome pets to our home. Please ensure all pets are included on your reservation so we can prepare for your arrival. Check In and Check Out Early check in and late check out may be available. We do not provide cable television or streaming services. You may log in to your own accounts as the televisions are smart enabled. We provide a propane tank, but refilling the propane is the guest responsibility. We provide a starter pack of supplies to get you started on your trip, but you are responsible for purchasing any further supplies needed during your stay.



String lights shut off at 10pm to respect neighbors.
