Wonderful stay for a beach vacation. Kiddo and dog enjoyed spacious rooms. We had everything to stay comfortable. Convenient 5 min drive to the beach. Family gives a big thumbs up.

Nice and clean! The pool was nice to cool down from the heat. Definitely recommend! Bring your own dish soap & laundry detergent since those were the only noticeable items not provided during the stay.

We chose this VRBO specifically because the listing advertised it as a **5-minute walk to Mustang Island beach**, but that was unfortunately not our experience. There was no convenient beach access within walking distance, and we ended up having to load everyone into the car each day with kids, chairs, coolers, and all of our beach gear....sand was on and in everything. One of the main reasons we booked this property was to avoid exactly that, so it was a significant disappointment.When we arrived and realized we couldn't walk to the beach, I messaged the host for clarification. They replied, *"For the simplest option for both parking and walking over with kids, I'd recommend I.B. Magee Beach Park."* Unfortunately, that beach access point is about 10 miles away, which confirmed that the advertised "5-minute walk" was not accurate.Other than the inaccurate description of the beach access, the home itself was clean, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. If the listing more accurately described the distance and access to the beach, our expectations would have been very different.

Nice clean house close to beach access

The balconies are nice and we enjoyed the community hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Come prepared to provide everything you need, for example little things like salt and coffee are not provided. We appreciated the beach towels.

Amazing & Affordable Port A rental!

We loved staying at Bella Vista! Our family of 6 stayed at the house. It had 2 rooms with king beds upstairs and a pull out sofa downstairs with 2 full baths. It had a beautiful downstairs with views to a lake in the middle of the neighborhood. The house itself has great privacy and is an easy location to drive to the beach access. Everything was kept in great shape and we had everything we need for an enjoyable stay. This is our 2nd stay there and both times have been so fun!

Very Nice House, Good Owners

The house is clean, I loved the decks, and the sofa is very comfortable. A/C went out our first day there, and owners took care of it really fast (Thanks!!). Had a lot of fun in the community swimming pool, short walk from the house. One the thing to be aware of - there is NO BEACH ACCESS by foot. All the other communities in the area have everything gated off, so you will have to drive to the beach, but it's like a 1/4 mile, so it's close.
