+ When visiting a mountain town, it`s important to be aware that you may encounter various types of insects and bugs due to the natural environment. No refunds will be issued, though we make every effort to manage pest control.

+ We strongly encourage purchasing travelers insurance, especially in the winter months.
Please read and agree to our house rules, then answer a few questions so we can be sure the cabin is the perfect fit for you and your group:

- Please share the names and ages of all guests staying at the cabin.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any unregistered or additional guests beyond the 4-person limit will incur a $100 fee per extra guest.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana is permitted inside the cabin or anywhere on the property. If you choose to smoke, please do so on the street.
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful.
- No parties or events. We value our neighbors and appreciate your help in respecting the community.
Please separate trash and recycling using the provided bins.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval and a small cleaning fee. Please let us know the breed, size, name, and how many pets you`ll be bringing.
- If you`re bringing a service dog, please provide the required information in advance.
- Since we`re on a septic system, please flush only toilet paper.
- Please let us know how many vehicles you`ll be bringing, as parking is limited.
