Walk across the bridge to Louisville's Waterfront Park or make the quick drive into Downtown Louisville, NuLu, the KFC Yum! Center and Kentucky International Convention Center.

The full kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, cookware, pots, pans and baking essentials. Coffee is provided for an easy start to your morning.

Refresh in the modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

My fully equipped kitchen features all major appliances, including a stove, Keurig, fridge, microwave, and toaster and a fully stocked selection of pots, pans, and baking sheets.



The neighborhood grocery is only a few blocks away, it's very easy to grab your preferred snacks once you arrive.



Outdoor Privacy & Local Perks

Step outside to a fully fenced-in backyard, offering a peaceful and private outdoor escape. For your convenience, I have a 2 car driveway for parking. You are perfectly positioned to explore the area; the home is just a few blocks from the best local dining.



Safety & Security Disclosure

For the peace of mind of my guests and the protection of my home, this property is equipped with three exterior security cameras. These devices are located at the front doorbell, above the side-entry door facing the side yard and gate, and on the side of the house overlooking the driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, fully fenced backyard and two-car driveway throughout their stay. Self check-in with keyless entry makes arrival simple and flexible.



The bedroom closet is reserved for owner storage and remains locked. A dresser and clothing rack are provided for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Stay in the heart of historic Downtown Jeffersonville, a walkable neighborhood filled with century-old homes, local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and the city's arts and cultural district.



The Big Four Bridge and Ohio River are nearby, making it easy to walk or bike across to Louisville Waterfront Park. Downtown Louisville, NuLu, KFC Yum! Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center are all just across the river.



Getting Around:

Leave the car at the house and explore much of Downtown Jeffersonville on foot. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops and the Big Four Bridge are nearby.



Walk or bike across the Big Four Bridge to Louisville Waterfront Park, or use nearby bike and scooter rentals. Uber and Lyft are readily available for trips into Louisville and around the area.



Driving? You'll have free private off-street parking for up to two vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Coffee is provided along with a Keurig to get your morning started.



This is a 100% smoke- and vape-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors.



For guest safety and property security, the home has three exterior security cameras: a doorbell camera at the front entrance, a camera above the side entrance facing the side yard and gate, and a camera overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
