Our Favorite Things About This Home:

This lovely 3 bedroom property features a Smart TV in each room, cozy and updated furnishings, and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac! The whole home accommodates up to six guests. This home is very family and child friendly and a pack n play is provided for your convenience! Enjoy outdoor time on the lovely front porch, or in the private fully fenced in backyard with ample seating, gas grill, and fire pit.



Home Layout:

As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a beautifully decorated open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the major cooking appliances, plenty of counter space, and medium roast coffee for your stay. Enjoy either barstool seating or dine at the table together! The backyard is accessed just off the kitchen area. The Master bedroom features a King sized bed and Smart TV, as well as a master bathroom featuring a large walk-in dual shower as well as a double-sink vanity. The other two bedrooms both have Queen sized beds and Smart TVs for your use as well. A second bathroom is accessible just off the kitchen and living area. You will find a laundry room just off the dining area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole entire home.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to travel too and from the city.



Other Things to Note:

1. There is a gas grill on the back porch.



2. There is enough parking for 4 vehicles between the driveway and the street parking on the cul-de-sac.



3. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Please respect our neighbors as they will do the same.

Weather and Outages!

As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests space but are always here if needed.
