This recently-renovated Studio respectfully preserves the history of this 1902 Milo Caton home while thoughtfully providing exceptional modern comfort and discerning details. This downtown location and concierge amenities elevates the memorable quality of your Jacksonville visit.

Property
Designed with comfort and tranquility in mind, The Studio is a welcoming oasis in a stellar location. Queen size canopy bed, crisp white linens, window seat, two separate wardrobes and a work + dine area grace the efficient living space.

The thoughtfully appointed designer kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave and all the essentials a kitchenette needs.

The bathroom features a steam shower and upgraded toiletries and supplies.

Guests can choose to enjoy fresh air on the quaint front porch rockers or tuck themselves into the picture-perfect secluded patio area right outside their private entrance.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the studio, the front porch directly in front of the studio and the private patio to the north (left) of the entrance. The front lawn and back patio are not for guest use.

IMPORTANT: This wonderful location has many perks of being right in the center of the action along with the sights and sounds that come with it. Please note there is potential for noise especially in the evenings. The wine tasting room right next door hosts live music March - December on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays typically from 6-8pm. It's amazing for those who appreciate good music! Most of the music is mellow and atmospheric, but there are evenings where it can be lively. For a schedule of artists & events please visit the South Stage Cellars website. For those who like to go to bed super early and want or need a completely quiet place, the studio might not be the best choice. The studio itself is a very special tranquil oasis in the heart of a bustling little town for the most part, but on some live music and special event evenings in town, the studio might not be ideal for those wanting a completely quiet place.

SHOES: Our original hardwood floors are nearing their 100th birthday! To help us preserve them, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes while inside the home.
