Seabyrd Treehouse - Cozy and quiet escape with bikes only .3 mi to beach

Our Seabyrd Treehouse villa is a perfect retreat to visit the beach, the outdoor pool at the Lakehouse, bike or walk the beautiful neighborhood or sightsee in the city. A short walk to the beach, pet friendly, updated 2 BR 2 BA (one tall mattress height for my husbands back queen, one king regular height) with view of the lagoon under the trees is the perfect place to enjoy so much wildlife! Come to relax, recharge or reconnect!

*SeaByrd Treehouse has access to the beaches at Seabrook island, The Lakehouse outdoor pool, playground & outdoor rec areas at Lakehouse. (Small fee to use the fitness center and indoor fitness pool.)

*We DO NOT have access to anything at the CLUB
If you want access CLUB POOLS, GOLF, TENNIS or Club restaurants then this is not the rental for you.

a cooler
and beach towels

*Serene setting, open updated floor plan, large windows and smart TV. This home has a washer and dryer, microwave but no dishwasher.

*Dogs! We love ours & want you to be able to bring yours, but we have rules. Size does NOT matter. Up to 2 dogs with pet fee. No dogs that chew on furniture. All dogs must be trained to use the bathroom outside! No pee pads! No dogs on beds, couch is fine, it's leather. You must scoop your dog's poop and dispose of the bags in the trash can outside.

The villa is sprayed for pesky insects on a scheduled basis. However, because of the dense tree foliage, location and nearness to coast and lagoons, Seabrook Island does have a hospitable environment to bugs. Please realize that we do everything we can to keep you from having to experience these in the villa. It is helpful, if you remove any food from decking area when finished and keep the sliding doors closed when possible.

*Guest access
Guests will have complete, uninterrupted access to the entire treehouse (except owner's closet). There are two parking spots for this property. One car is covered if you wish to bring two cars there is a $40 fee.

*Other things to note:
-You can rent a golf cart for a unique way to navigate the beautiful surroundings.
-This home is less than half a mile from St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center.
-Fine dining and local historical tours are a 24-mile drive away in downtown Charleston.
-Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village are less than five miles away.

*No RVs, trailers or boat storage available.

*Price includes $40 entry fee for 1st vehicle onto Seabrook Island.
If a 2nd vehicle access is required, a $40 fee will be incurred and will be invoiced via the app, please speak with your host about this should you have questions or need to accommodate a second vehicle.

Guest access
We have a closet in the main bedroom that is locked. It is the larger closet in there.
Other than that, you have access to all of SeaByrd!

Other things to note
We hope you love our little bungalow as much as we do!
We have really seen the alligator in the lagoon!
Don't forget to look for the hidden plastic alligator in the house!
