Lounge chairs are positioned poolside, while the patio offers comfortable seating, ceiling fans, string lights, a propane fire table, and a propane BBQ for easy outdoor meals.

Inside, the spacious living room provides plenty of seating around the large TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes full-size appliances, generous counter space, an island with bar seating, and nearby dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals for the group.

Four bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families, couples, and friends. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the additional rooms include a queen bed, a twin-over-double bunk, and two twin beds. Multiple bedrooms have TVs, and the home also includes Wi-Fi, a Nintendo Wii with games, and a basketball arcade game in the garage.

Two full bathrooms help keep mornings moving. The primary bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower, while the second bathroom also offers dual sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Baseball fans are especially well positioned here. Peoria Sports Complex is the spring training home of the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners and sits in Peoria’s P83 Entertainment District. The home is also convenient for events at State Farm Stadium and dining, entertainment, and nightlife at Westgate Entertainment District.
