I understand how frustrating these issues can be, and I appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Regarding the dishwasher, I want to clarify that this particular home is not equipped with one, and I apologize if this was not clear during your booking process. As for the WiFi, our records show no reported issues during your stay, but I completely understand that spotty connectivity can impact your experience, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused. On a brighter note, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location and stunning views the home offers. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve and provide the best possible experience for our guests. We’d love the opportunity to make your next visit seamless and enjoyable.

Deanna, thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! We're so pleased you thought our home was wonderful and you enjoyed your stay. We're sorry to read you felt the building itself and the pool could use some TLC. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to hosting you again.
