We live here and rent it out regularly to trustworthy people who enjoy staying in a cozy and roomy place.

Our bright 3-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It has two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a full bathroom with both a shower and bathtub.

You can relax on the south-facing covered balcony, perfect for peaceful evenings with a view toward Perlan.

Just a 2-minute walk to Kringlan shopping mall and 10 minutes to downtown Reykjavík — close to everything but still calm and comfortable.

Room #3 120 cm bed (there is no door to this room yet)

Full kitchen with all appliances needed to cook meals. Washer and Dryer within the kitchen.

Note: Our home is on the 3rd floor, no elevator.
