SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Suite (First Floor): The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king bed, dresser, oversized walk-in closet, and Smart TV. Large windows fill the room with natural light, while the private ensuite bathroom offers a separate walk-in shower and an oversized jetted soaking tub overlooking the woods if you choose to open the blinds.

Bunk Room (First Floor): Perfect for kids or additional guests, this bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The room also includes a Smart TV and closet. While it does not have a private bathroom, the shared full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door.

Queen Suite #1 (Second Floor): This peaceful upstairs suite features a queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and a cozy sitting chair. Enjoy beautiful treetop views from the windows and the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower illuminated by a skylight.

Queen Suite #2 (Second Floor):The second upstairs suite offers a queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and a comfortable sitting area with scenic views overlooking the surrounding trees. The private ensuite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and skylight, creating a bright and relaxing space.

Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, every bedroom features its own individual A/C control, allowing each guest to set the perfect sleeping temperature for their room.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Limited Cell Service:
Due to the secluded location, cell phone service is limited or unavailable for many carriers. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the cabin, and most guests can use Wi-Fi Calling and messaging without any issues.

• Pool Care:
The pool is professionally serviced every week to ensure it's clean and properly balanced. Since you're staying in a secluded wooded setting, an occasional leaf in the pool is simply part of the country experience, especially after wind or rain. A robotic pool cleaner is available should you wish to give the pool a quick refresh before jumping in.

• Pet Policy
While we absolutely love animals, this home is not pet-friendly. As a log cabin, the natural wood interior requires a little extra care, and even the most well-trained pets can sometimes become anxious or act out of character in a new environment. We'd hate for a pet to accidentally scratch or chew on the wood walls or doors.

• Summer in the Country:
During the warmer months, we recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent so you can comfortably enjoy the wraparound porch, pool, and outdoor spaces.

•Nature is Part of the Experience:
The exterior of the cabin is professionally power washed every quarter. However, because you're staying in a heavily wooded area, you may notice an occasional spider web on the porch, around exterior corners, or on outdoor furniture. This is a normal part of country living and can return quickly, even after cleaning.

• Private Road:
The cabin is located at the end of a private rock road. Please drive slowly—never exceed 20 MPH—to help reduce dust and keep the road safe for everyone.

• Floor-to-Ceiling Windows:
One of the cabin's best features is its stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and beautiful wooded views. During the hottest part of the day, the afternoon sun may naturally warm the main living areas. This is a normal characteristic of homes with expansive glass and is part of the cabin's unique design.

• Wildlife:
One of the best parts of staying at Whitetail Retreat is experiencing nature. During your stay, you may see deer, barn cats, rabbits, birds, and other local wildlife throughout the property. Please enjoy them from a respectful distance and never feed or disturb the animals.

• No Hunting:
Hunting is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the property. Any guest or visitor found hunting will be required to leave the property immediately, and the remainder of the reservation will be canceled without a refund. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and local wildlife.
