This property is one of a kind! It is located on a secluded country road with beautiful views of Starr Mountain.

This home is located in a true country setting. Expect to see wild rabbits in the yard, hummingbirds, and you may hear the neighbor's roosters in the morning.

The homeowner bought this property in 2022 and transformed this overgrown, neglected piece of land into this lovely homesite and cabin. He built the cabin by hand and would love to share it with you to make wonderful memories here!

Please Note:
- The cabin does not have full central air conditioning. There is a PTAC wall unit with a thermostat in the kitchen that cools majority of the kitchen and living room. The bedroom next to the kitchen and bathroom has a window unit for additional cooling. The bedroom off the living room has a double fan in the door casing.

In the winter time, there is a propane heater mounted on the wall in the living room that will heat the living room and kitchen area. There are space heaters in each bedroom for additional heat as well.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may be limited depending on your provider. We recommend to download the directions and gather your door code prior to arrival. Cell reception usually drops off when you turn on to County Road 536.

-There are multiple steps to access the front door and main level of the cabin. If you are unable to walk up stairs, we do not recommend selecting this cabin.

-The cabin is not perfect but it is fully functional and will be a great place to stay

- Dogs are Allowed: 2 Pet Max Per Stay, $75 Pet Fee Per Dog, 60lb Max Per Dog, NO Puppies, Dogs MUST be Housebroken, and Kenneled When Unsupervised. They are not allowed on any furniture. The yard is NOT fenced in. If your dog does not obey commands off leash, please make sure they are leashed when in the yard or outdoors.
-We provide a "starter pack" of consumables for all guest. This includes one full paper towel roll, kitchen hand soap, dish sponge, one small bottle of dish soap, one individual pack of Folgers black coffee grounds, one kitchen trash bag, one full toilet paper roll, one travel size bar soap for bathroom vanity, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one trash bag for bathroom, and one packet of laundry detergent.
