Plus, we've given the exterior a fresh, cottage-inspired look with a soothing sage green finish—making the whole space feel warm and inviting.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home offers a warm, charming — shiplap heated sleeping porch with a queen murphy bed. This cottage is not sleek or modern but intentionally kept true to its history. The décor blends vintage touches with a cozy cottage aesthetic, inviting you to slow down and enjoy life’s quieter moments.

Our charming 1930's cottage is located in a quiet, very safe, established neighborhood where many of the homes were built in the 1930s and 1940s. Some homes have been beautifully updated, while others have remained in the same families for generations and reflect the character of a historic neighborhood.

We take great pride in keeping our cottage exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for every guest. While some neighboring homes may not be maintained to the same standard as our property, our neighbors are friendly, respectful, and keep to themselves. We simply believe in being transparent so guests know what to expect and can book with confidence.
