My partner, Tim, and I enjoy exploring new places, hiking, spending time near the water, trying local restaurants, and being with our dogs.

We designed this home to feel welcoming rather than temporary. Our goal is to provide guests with a space where they can truly settle in, whether they are visiting for work, relocating to the Tampa Bay area, escaping the winter, or simply enjoying an extended stay in St. Petersburg.

We are responsive hosts and are happy to answer questions about the home or surrounding area while also respecting our guests’ privacy and independence.

We chose Coquina Key because it offers a peaceful residential setting while still being close to everything that makes St. Petersburg special. The neighborhood has a relaxed, coastal atmosphere and is surrounded by water, mature landscaping, and opportunities to walk, bike, or spend time outdoors.

Coquina Key Park is nearby and offers waterfront views, walking paths, pickleball and tennis courts, a dog park, athletic fields, and plenty of green space. Downtown St. Petersburg is only a short drive away, with restaurants, coffee shops, museums, shopping, nightlife, and waterfront parks. The Gulf beaches, area hospitals, and major roadways are also easily accessible.

The neighborhood is especially well suited for guests who want a quiet place to return to after exploring the area. Most residents drive for groceries, restaurants, and everyday errands, while walking and biking are popular for recreation within the neighborhood.
