Villa MaEm in Central Istria for families with Sauna, Whirlpool & Sea View

The luxury holiday home with the beautiful name MaEm truly offers a wonderful feeling for the relaxing holiday of your dreams. It is located in the medieval town of Svetvincenat. Up to 8 adults + 2 children can find space here and can use the extraordinary luxury with a heated 34 m2 pool and whirlpool. The pool heating is for both the pool and the whirlpool, meaning either both are heated or not. The pool/whirlpool heating is charged extra. In other words, the temperature of the pool & jacuzzi is always the same.



This villa has a beautiful view of the sea. On the ground floor of the villa is the beautiful, bright living room with access to the terrace and pool. Here you will also find the dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide plenty of light, but also a magnificent view of the wonderful, green surroundings, while a combination of modern design, high quality fittings and the best materials creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere.



There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Another three bedrooms are air-conditioned and are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a private bathroom for maximum comfort.

In total there are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has its own sauna, shower and massage bath.

Enjoy the benefits of a professionally equipped summer kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, large dining table and relaxing lounge area suitable for any season. A large glass door leads you directly to the large, carefully tended garden that surrounds the luxury holiday home.



The beaches that are nearby are located next to the idyllic fishing town of Fazana (22 km) with a beautiful harbor where tourists take boats to go to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. You can find many tourist activities in the beautiful town of Rovinj (23 km), but be sure to visit the regional capital, Pula.
