"Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen!" – so oder so ähnlich könnte das Motto während des Aufenthaltes in der Villa Azzurra lauten. Ob Sie morgens aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster schauen, in der Küche süditalienische Speisen zubereiten oder gemeinsam auf der überdachten Terrasse sitzen – von fast jedem Winkel aus blickt man auf das tiefblaue Meer.

PANORAMAAUSSICHT PUR!
Die für bis zu 8 Personen ausgelegte Villa Azzurra liegt auf einem etwa 500 m² großen, komplett umzäunten Grundstück. Dieses bietet auch Platz für 2 PKW.

Im großzügigen Wohn-/Esszimmer finden Sie einen funktionsfähigen Kamin, einen Esstisch sowie eine Sofaecke mit TV vor. Vom Wohnzimmer haben Sie Zugang zu einem Bad sowie zur Essküche.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich zudem eines der vier Doppelzimmer mit Fenster.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein weiteres Bad sowie drei komfortablen Schlafräume: 2 Doppelzimmer mit Zugang zur Meerblickdachterrasse, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Meerblickfenster.

GROSSZÜGIGER AUSSENBEREICH
Die Terrassen gehören eindeutig zu den Highlights der Villa Azzurra.

Von der Dachterrasse genießt man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die cilentanische Berglandschaft und die Küste bis hin zum berühmten Kap von Palinuro.

Die Terrasse der unteren Etage ist unterteilt in einen überdachten Part mit Essecke sowie eine Freifläche mit Außengrill und Platz für den Pavillon.

Genießen Sie währenddessen das Farbspiel von Rosen, Bougainville, Palmen und Zitrusbäumen oder gönnen Sie sich einen kleinen Snack in Form von frisch gepflückten Aprikosen und Birnen direkt vom Baum.

WEITERE INFORMATIONEN & TIPPS
Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Restaurants befinden sich im ca. 1 km entfernten Casalvelino. Nach 2 km erreichen Sie Marina di Casalvelino mit Sandstrand, Uferpromenade, Hafen sowie weiteren Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten und Eisdielen.

Der flach abfallende Sandstrand von Marina di Casalvelino wird regelmäßig mit der Blauen Flagge (Bandiera Blu) für beste Wasserqualität ausgezeichnet. Für Freunde des Wassersports stehen direkt am Strand ein Tauchcenter, sowie eine Windsurfschule zur Verfügung.

Wer uns schon länger folgt und sich beim Betrachten der Bilder denkt: "Die kenn ich doch!", Sie haben Recht. Die Villa Azzurra hieß für viele Jahre Villa Palma. Die neue Eigentümergeneration hat nicht nur einige Änderungen am Haus selbst vorgenommen, sondern sich für den Neustart auch diesen neuen Namen gewünscht.

Whether you are in the bedroom looking out of the window in the morning or in the kitchen preparing southern Italian delicacies or on the roofed terrace taking it easy with family or friends – from almost every angle and corner, you have got a view of the deep blue sea.

GREAT PANORAMIC VIEW!
Villa Azzurra is located on an approx. 500 m², completely fenced property, accommodates up to 8 persons (4 bedrooms) and covers two floors.

The ground floor includes:
- a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace that can be used if need be, dining furniture and a sofa corner with TV;
- an eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine);
- a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet);
- a double bedroom with window.

The upper floor includes:
- 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 doubles with access of the sea view roof terrace, 1 double with sea view window;
- a bathroom (bathtub/WC/bidet).

Villa Azzurro also features: fly screens, washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning, fan, hair dryer. Parking for two cars is available on the premises.

SPACIOUS OUTDOOR AREA
The terraces definitely count among the highlights at Villa Azzurra.
The roof terrace opens upon a fantastic view of the Cilento’s mountain landscape and the coast as far as famous Capo Palinuro.
The terrace on the lower floor has got a roofed part with dining area and an open part with barbecue area and room for the pavilion.

Enjoy the play of colors of roses, bougainvillea, palms and citrus trees; treat yourself to a small snack of apricots and pears fresh from the tree.

FURTHER INFORMATION & TIPS
Grocery stores and restaurants are found about 1 km off at Casalvelino. Marina di Casalvelino with its sandy beach, seaside promenade and harbor as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and ice cream parlors is 2 km from Villa Azzurra.

The gently sloping sandy beach of Marina di Casalvelino is regularly awarded the Blue Flag (Bandiera Blu) for best water quality. Friends and fans of water sports will find a diving center and a windsurfing school right at the beach.

When looking at the pictures of Villa Azzurra, especially those who have been following us, our website and offers, for quite a while already may think: "I know this accommodation." And – they are right. For many years, Villa Azzurra was called Villa Palma. The new generation of owners has made several changes to the house and has also decided on a new name for the fresh start.
