*There is a 2nd dwelling on the property (a 3-bedroom house). This is a separate building not attached to the Loft. You will only share the driveway with that rental.

**Driveway has a slight incline and can be alittle tough in the wintertime. 4wheel or all wheel drive is highly recommended during snowy winter months.

You will have access to the entire Loft Apt. You have to go up a few stairs to access front door. The apartment sits above the detached garage.

You are a short drive (6 miles) to the many shops and restaurants that make Grand Marais a quaint and peaceful destination year-round. You are also just a short drive to several state parks and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Lutsen Mountains Ski Resort and Summer Recreation area are just a 30-minute drive away.
