This is such a cute and unique place to stay. It’s a very short walk to downtown so location is incredible! Cozy space and loved watching the sunrise and set from this place.

We had a great stay, for a long weekend in Grand Marais. The location is perfect for walking to everything in town, and to the harbor, and the view from the deck is great. Would stay here again, and maybe try a few of the other places they rent, they are really nice.

My wife and I loved our stay at the Lighthouse. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in town on foot. We also used the sauna for one day and it was wonderful once it got hot. Accommodations in the lighthouse are typical of a studio apartment and really everything you'll likely need if only staying for a few days. The grounds of the property are really well maintained and architecturally interesting. Communication with owners was simple. I would definitely recommend the lighthouse or any of their other properties to any friends who are travelling to Grand Marais. Just a great trip!

My partner and I had a great stay at the Lighthouse for a long birthday weekend celebration. We absolutely loved how cozy and light-filled the place was as well as the convenience to the center of town. Totally walkable to everything you could need. We also appreciated the covered parking and how communicative the hosts were beforehand. The guidebook in the place was also super helpful!

A wonderfully functional space, with a sweet little kitchen, a gorgeous view of the lake, and within walking distance of town. The "lighthouse" roof is beautifully lit when you are inside at night. A great option for 2 people!

Worked on checking some hikes off our list on the Gunflint trail. Absolutely beautiful! The Lighthouse location is an easy walk to town to enjoy a drink or food.

Cozy and convenient

We stayed here while doing some hiking and climbing in the area. The Lighthouse was fun to stay in and a cozy place to relax at the end of the day. Also enjoyed that it was really easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

Had a great stay at the “Lighthouse” in Grand Marais.

We love that space, the view, it’s just perfect for two. we got wonderful support from the owners and had many great hikes and loved just being by Lake Superior.!

Wonderful place to stay!

Just big enough for two people!! It was a cool little place, and we had just enough space for when we were there. It had everything that we needed, and we would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the location if you are looking for walking distance to all of the places to visit in Grand Marais. Highly recommend!!
