We have a 19 foot swim spa with a depth of 55 inches (4 ft 7 inches). Because it is a dual-zone spa, it separates the lap/exercise pool from the hot tub giving you a continuous swimming experience on one side & relaxing soak on the other. We keep the pool side at around 79 degrees and the hot tub side at aroun 95 and you can adjust to your liking. The safest way to enter is via the deck into the hot tub and then climb over into the pool area of the swim spa.


𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀

There are 2 steps to the front door. From the back sliding door there are 3 steps that lead to the back deck, and 6 steps that lead up to the deck with lounge chairs. To use the swim spa, you will need to climb 4 steps. Please be careful going up & down these steps as they are a bit steep and can be slippery.

We have a driveway on the right side of the house. You can fit about 2 cars in the driveway tandem style. [Please do not park on the grass because of septic system].

You can also fit another 2 cars tandem style in the second driveway in front of the garage.

Please park cars in driveway to keep the street open if possible for our neighbors.

Guests will have access to the entire private house and outdoor areas during their stay.

Nothing on the property is shared with others.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use and will remain locked.

- Firewood for fire pit and charcoal for grill is not provided but charcoal can be purchased from Gardner True Value at 2489 US-9, Ocean View, NJ 08230 and firewood can be purchased from

- Garage is not for guests use.

- Because of septic system please do not park on grass.

- Please do not throw in the toilet anything except toilet paper.

- Scheduled hot tub maintenance may occur during your stay. Technicians access the backyard only and do not enter the home.
1. No parties please.
We love hosting respectful guests, and to maintain a peaceful experience for everyone, we have a strict no parties or event policy.
Please note that any unauthorized gatherings or parties will be subject to $500 fine and immediately reservation cancellation, and will not go unnoticed.

2. No smoking and no drug use is permitted on the property, will result in $500 fine.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas where an ashtray is provided. Please use the ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. No unauthorized guests.

4. 80$ extra charge per pet.

5. Please note:
Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.


- Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local - please send direct message prior to booking.


- Please respect check-out time.
If guests are late from 30 min to 1 hr - 50 dollars fee will be charged.
1 hr to 2 hrs - half of the daily basis rate will be charged.
2 hrs + full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night.

- All primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.

- Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal from the property if not discussed with owner prior check-in

- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn`t working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner`s contractor in order for the
owner to fix the problem.

- Extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning will be charged additionally - 100 dollars

- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm till 8 am.

- Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
