For warm summer days, A/C units help keep you cool after a day on the mountain, while the cozy wood-burning fireplace provides the perfect spot to warm up after a day on the snow.

Relax and unwind while enjoying your favorite entertainment on the large Smart TVs. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected during your stay. Step outside onto the private outdoor deck to BBQ with family and friends while taking in the tranquil forest surroundings and fresh mountain air.The designer's open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating an inviting space for gathering together. Featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and stylish finishes, the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing memorable meals during your stay. Throughout the home, thoughtful renovations and tasteful designer touches create a warm and contemporary atmosphere.

On the main floor, guests will find a beautifully renovated bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and bathtub, located beside the comfortable queen bedroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom features another queen bed, while the spacious third bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed, making the layout ideal for families or larger groups. A second full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub is also located upstairs.

For added convenience and comfort, the home includes A/C units in both the living room and third bedroom, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a boot dryer to help keep your gear warm and ready for the next adventure.
Please note that neighboring homes are occupied by full-time residents. Guests are kindly asked to respect local noise bylaws and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. Fines may be issued in response to noise complaints. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the community.

Location
This is where it all started, the original Whistler. You will enjoy the more relaxed, slower-paced vibe of Whistler Creekside, with everything you need all in one place. Whistler Creekside is complete with arguably some of the best restaurants in the resort, a grocery store, liquor stores, multiple gyms and a few local bars for Apres. Creekside is well connected to the Main Village by both the scenic Valley Trail and by various bus lines that arrive multiple times an hour. Revel in the scenery of both Nita and Alpha Lakes, beautiful trail walks and generally quieter lift queues up Creekside Gondola; this is the perfect location for your alpine getaway in both summer and winter!

Powderview is a perfectly situated quiet complex which is only a 5 minute walk to the Whistler Creekside.

Things to know
⌂ This is a pet-friendly home. However, the neighbors are sensitive to barking and noise, so pets must not be left unattended in the property. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.

Two free unassigned parking spaces in the complex parking lot. Please note that the second visitor parking pass has is not valid between Dec 24 - Jan 2
⌂ No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ This home have two Innova A/C units, one in the living room and one in the 3rd bedroom. Portable fans are provided in the other two bedrooms.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
⌂ There is no elevator at this complex. You will need to take stairs to get to the property. Not suitable for people with accessibility restrictions.
