Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Overall it was not a bad stay because my kids and I didn't spend that much time in the rental unit. There are some definite problems though. With the exception of the bathroom, which is great, the pictures do not accurately represent the space. There is a bed in the living room. The renovation of the space in person look cheap and poorly done. The refrigerator and the AC are so loud. They sound broken. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't keep me up. I feel for anyone that is a light sleeper because they will have a tough time. I had to go out and buy a skillet, mixing bowls, egg beater and spatula. If your planning a pancake breakfast you'll need to bring your own. There was a bedroom that has a broken window stuck open so AC had zero effect in there. because It's a second floor unit so it gets quite hot without AC. I kept the door closed and my kids shared a room. There is also a lot of junk in the backyard. It didn't interfere with my stay but not nice to look at. I would be very surprised if the stairs and deck leading to the unit is up to code. Yet another janky renovation. Looks and feels DIY.
