Der Raum ist im Erdgeschoss seine etwa 600 Quadratmeter. Der beste Teil ist direkt neben dem Pool. Der Pool ist 4 bis 9 Fuß tief mit einem Loungebereich. Im Erdgeschoss Kochnische, Sitzgelegenheiten für 6-8 Personen, kleiner Esstisch, Flatscreen-TV, Sofagarnitur und komplettes Badezimmer.
Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ist ca. 600 qm groß. Im Schlafzimmer finden Sie zwei Queen-Size-Memory-Foam-Betten mit erstklassiger Bettwäsche.

Wir erlauben Personen außerhalb der Personen, die die Reservierung vorgenommen haben, nicht, zur Unterkunft zu kommen.
Wir erlauben keine Partys oder Zusammenkünfte, was so jeden betrifft.

Baldwin basement hide out

Was taken back at first by the side entrance into a living area down to a den area. I requested to see properties that were in entirety. Having said that, the place was clean and organized. A few breakables accessible for dogs and kids needed to be moved . Owners were extremely pleasant and surprisingly not present even though we were sharing a home . A beautiful backyard and detail to the decore made it easy to feel comfortable. Would love to return in the summer season .

Perfect staycation!

The property was lovely, clean and easily accessible with parking. The amenities were amazing and the host adds a lot of personal touch to the stay. The location was great making a short drive to the beach, we chose Lido. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Very nice vacation

We had a very nice stay. Everything was fine, the hosts were very nice and attentive. The environment is quiet. You can get to Manhattan by train and the beach is not far by car. We even saw dolphins and whales while walking on the beach. Thanks for a great stay and the tips.

Perfect for what we needed

We stayed at Jess' place as a hub for visiting family on Long Island and for going into Manhattan for day-trips. The place was nice, clean and easy to access, and we slept wonderfully on the comfy mattresses. We would definitely recommend Jess' place for a stay.

Beautiful property

Stunning backyard and pool, and landscaping. Love the outdoor living space, and the beds were comfortable. Jess the host, and her husband were quickly responsive and accommodating. The apartment is attached to their main house, which is on a cul de sac and only a few blocks from everything you would need (stop n shop, Starbucks, restaurants).

Exceptional Outdoor Living

This property has exceptional outdoor living space. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit plus the outdoor dinner table & gazebo with TV. The weather was wonderful - the pool is cold while the bonfire and hot tub are warm & welcoming! Good place for a family of 4-5 looking for a weekend getaway.

Amazing place to stay

When my family and I got there, the place was very clean and welcoming. The whole house was amazing and beautiful. The pool was very enjoyable and fun to be in. There was a jacuzzi too which was relaxing. The best part was being able to bring my dog who also enjoyed the stay and the neighborhood, which is quiet and calm. The owner, Jessenia, was so kind, lovely, and very helpful person throughout our stay. All together, I would definitely love to stay at this house again. Amazing place!

Excellent getaway

I stayed here along with my husband and our golden retriever for 4 days and we had a lovely time! Jess and her family are incredibly welcoming and helpful, the space was clean and has been beautifully taken care of, the pool and backyard are amazing, and I loved that even being in a subdivision and so close to all the hustle and bustle of Long Island it still felt private and quiet. Could not recommend more!

The property was OK except a few inconveniences: the AC was very poor in the living room and the room was very hot. The coffee machine had no capsules, no freezer in the fridge. No hand soaps in the kitchen and the bathroom which should be basics in the VRBO. We had to get everything including hand soap. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Private Resort Style & Homey

Home is in a convenient quiet residential area centrally located. We all love it & only wish we could’ve enjoyed it more, but we were visiting fam & friends all over the island & upstate, as well as had appointments. However, our party of 5 was able to thoroughly enjoy everything inside and out! Daughter & BF swam in the large pool, and we all enjoyed just relaxing/ lounging poolside. My husband and I enjoyed some adult slushies in the jacuzzi—so relaxing we didn’t want to get out! We roasted delish s’mores at the fire pit and had wonderful bbqs on their nice Weber grill. We watched movies on large patio covered gazebo. Jess’s yard was a private resort oasis, and the outdoor furniture was so comfortable, that I kid you not, my son and I fell asleep under that gazebo on one cool breezy evening until well after 2am! It is legit, and just the yard alone is worth staying there. Inside, there’s a ground level that is very comfortable with a huge TV and a plush comfy couch some of us fell asleep on as well. It’s adorably homey with a cool vibe. You can cook quick, smaller meals in the eat in kitchen, but we mostly bbq’d which is the best when you’re away. There’s a small walk in closet by entry door with beach towels and a bunch of family games, which unfortunately we didn’t have time to play. There’s a Kerig and Jesse supplies some staples which is nice to have at hand. Views of yard are nice and beds are comfy on lower level! We definitely look forward to staying again! Ann & Fam
