The house offers four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with an additional guest toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort. In the basement, you will find a spacious 35m² living room equipped with billiards and darts, which can be converted into a bedroom with additional beds if necessary - the perfect solution for a group or an overnight stay with friends.

The special magic of this villa lies in the covered area by the pool, where the summer kitchen with barbecue and an additional toilet make every meal a special occasion - imagine dinner in the ambiance of the scent of nature and local delicacies, prepared with love.
