This property was unique. I felt that this was a house that was purchased with the express purpose of renting it out. But it was very difficult to convert to two bathrooms. One bath was built up under the eaves with a terrible lighting situation and no decent mirror. The other, and the best bathroom, was away from all the bedrooms downstairs at the back of the home. t had many different levels with two steps here and four steps there. The main steps going upstairs were narrow and slick with sparse handrails. The lighting was garish, often with a single bulb to light the room. The furniture was supposed to convey contemporary style, but it was basically uncomfortable. The TVs were difficult to maneuver with a Roku here and Fire TV there. As you enter the home, you were required to immediately remove your shoes and wear provided slippers. Strange and uncomfortable and difficult with 6 different sets of stairs. The instructions in the home encouraged the renter to please disregard ants, bugs and mice. We only had ants. The backyard was unkempt and the pictures in the listing were very flattering.Pradjwal seemed to be very nice. But he tried hard to make a silk purse from a sow's ear. If he could just concentrate on getting rid of the mismatched uncomfortable furniture and the little pool table smack in the middle of the main living area, I think his home would be greatly improved.
