No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

No smoking or vaping inside the villa.
Any evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets
Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Please clean up after your pet and keep pets off furniture whenever possible.
Parking
Follow all community parking rules and regulations.
Condo Community
Please be respectful of neighbors and community amenities.
Follow all posted pool, beach, and community rules.
No glass containers in pool areas.
Care of the Property
Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Please do not move furniture.
Leave the condo in reasonably tidy condition upon departure.
