Please note: There is a separate accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at the back of the property where a member of our family lives. ADUs are very common in Orange and can be found in most backyards in the neighborhood. He uses the same front gate but goes directly to his own unit and is very respectful of guests’ privacy. The main house is entirely yours. Having someone nearby also means a quick, local contact if anything comes up during your stay.
